Always a pleasant visit. The store is clean and organized, I am greeted upon entering and offered assistance, but then also left to enjoy my shopping experience without interference until I ask for it. The employees are always smiling and give great beauty advice and are sure to share the sales with me!

The Sally beauty and Athens, Alabama absolutely saved my hair today. This morning I used a new product that was recommended to me from another location in Alabama and it completely dried out my hair making it feel like it was burnt to a crisp. I called up Athens, Sally beauty because that was the one I went to all the time when I first moved to Alabama in 2023 and I recently moved to Sheffield during the summer last year. I called the Sally Beauty in Athens told the store manager Allie, what happened to my hair and she asked me what other products I had on hand and explained how to repair my hair with the items I have. Luckily another employee named Carmen had recommended an amazing hair product called Macadamia, I have both the oil and usually the hair mask. The store manager had recommended Texture ID to me earlier on and I start using the shampoo and conditioner, which makes my hair feel like silk after every wash and condition. The Athens location is so warm and welcoming environment, the store manager and all the employees get to talk to the clients and help them figure out the right path for their hair journey just like they did with me. Unfortunately, this time I went to a different location and I was recommended the B.Fresh deep cleansing shampoo, and condition since my normal product was out of stock. I don’t have a picture of my hair after using the B.Fresh products but to describe it, it felt like it was burnt to a crisp, completely dried out, and it felt like if I took a brush through it, I would’ve lost a chunk of hair. But as I said, I called the Athens, Sally Beauty and this is what they recommend it for me. The store manager Allie recommended heating up the Macadamia Healing Oil for 20 seconds and leaving it in my hair with a processing cap and towel over it for 30 minutes to an hour. Then after letting that sit she told me to wash my hair using my Texture ID Curl Clarifying Shampoo and what I had left of my Textured ID 3X Moisture Cream Conditioner with cold water. After doing all that my hair felt like I just had it professionally done. Now my hair is the softest and light as it has ever been and I have thick hair. To describe how soft and silky my hair is after this wash I took my brush through it and it didn’t even feel like my brush even touched my hair. that is how soft and silky my hair was after the treatment that Athens Sally beauty recommended.

I went into Sally's today with my daughter.. her hair was a little messed up and we needed some serious help on what exactly to do to fix it.. the lady working,Kenzie, was AMAZING!!! She helped us find exactly what we needed which was Like 5 different things. She explained what to do,step by step.. SHE EVEN TOOK THE TIME TO WRITE THE INSTRUCTIONS DOWN!! she was absolutely amazing! we love her! very good experience with kenzie!.. we will definitely be back and will be specifically asking for her every time! thanks kenzie!! ♡

Avery and Kayla were a God-send! I was in such a mess coming and and they helped me find what I needed and Kayla help calm me down as I expressed my grievances. Sally’s is so lucky to have them!

I absolutely love shopping at Sally’s! Every time I walk in, I feel welcome, and the staff is always incredibly helpful. They go above and beyond to help me find what I need and offer great advice. Not only are they eager to assist, but they’re also professional and know the store inside and out, making the whole experience seamless.

I went here today to get a new piercing because unfortunately mine fell out! But the girl working here with reddish hair is so sweet and helped me pick out my jewelry and was so friendly! She was so sweet and I will be going back just for her good customer service!!

Both times I went within the past week the workers was very nice. Shootout to the girl who worked today 🫶🏼

Allie was phenomenal! She took very good care of my Nan after a bad coloring suggested by someone else. Not only did she take care of Nan at the store, Allie had us call her so she could walk us through the process. Not many people care like that. Thank you Allie!!
