No 😔 recomiendo esta tienda. Tiene mucho límite de compras. Se supone que quieren vender no guardar sus productos 🤷

We drove over from Florence to get our Moderna Covid vaccine (Moderna not available in Florence). We checked this location to make sure that it was available. We were “walk-ins.” Ashley was the pharmacy tech who assisted us and administered the vaccine. She was most helpful, pleasant, and professional. The other store associates were also helpful. The store was very clean.

The pharmacy will not answer the phone and when they do they just hang up before you can say anything. We’ve been calling daily and it’s the same thing they tell you to hold and immediately hang up or put you on hold for over 30 minutes never answering. It’s been several days that we’ve been waiting for a prescription to be filled and we just want an update. Terrible way to do business.

My insurance wants me to use this pharmacy. Seems like a good place. Nice staff

Not a comment on this store but the corporate website does not work. I have repeatedly tried to order for pickup and shipping and have never been able to complete the transaction.

John was incredibly helpful and kind. He made sure to give me informed information, that he put me on hold to make sure was accurate. Both times I've called and gotten to speak with him, he has made sure not to make me feel like a burden or inconvenience. Very helpful! I hope that they reward hardworking employees like John the pharmacy manager. I will always ask to speak with him from now on.

Unprofessional. I was having some issues with getting a prior authorization and I couldn’t figure out which end of the system the issue was on. I have been talking to my doctor and even went there to discuss this issue and they sent over a prior authorization right in front of me and then again over the phone because the pharmacy wasn’t receiving them. So I went into Walgreens today to figure out what was wrong. I was explaining my situation to the pharmacy tech and then she not only interrupted me but she very rudely said “well I don’t even know your name yet so I don’t know how you expect me to help you!” So I calmly told her my name and date of birth and she again very rudely said “we can’t do anything we don’t have a prior authorization I’ll run it again but it’s already been run twice today and nothing has come up so we can’t help you” I said “ok I will figure it out” 20min later when I got home I have a notification on my phone that my prescription has been filled and is ready to be picked up….. I understand dealing with the public is difficult at times but when I come to you for help very calmly and respectfully and you treat me like I am trying to pick a fight with you it’s very unprofessional. I just needed help and it would’ve been nice to pick up my prescription while I was there since I was supposed to take this medication 3 weeks ago and because that’s how long it took this get this to go through.
