Love this place so much. I literally drive 4 hours and I would do it again! Never felt so comfortable all the ladies are so nice from start to finish! It's so clean and they make you so comfortable I love this place

The front desk person answering my call today in the morning (2/18/2026) was shockingly rude during a conversation about an extremely sensitive and emotionally taxing situation. There was zero empathy, poor professionalism, and an overall dismissive attitude that made an already difficult experience worse. For a healthcare setting, especially one that serves patients during vulnerable moments, this behavior is unacceptable. Front desk staff set the tone for patient care, and this interaction fell far below standards of basic human decency.

First time going and the doorbell camera was the only thing that caught me off guard because I had to ring it and the volume was so low😅. Other than that Ashley on desk was very sweet and straightforward she asked if it was okay that they didn’t take Medicaid completely fine by me but for others might be a hassle. She checked me in and the waiting area was very clean. I got called by a nurse to the back and was asked some questions. I respect that they made it easy and told me the basics of birth control cause I’m 18 and everything is scary but they were really sweet! :) Holly the main doctor told me the basics aswell in depth and told me if I had any worries to contact her. 10/10 service they were professional about everything.⭐️

This was the best healthcare experience I have ever had! Everyone at the center was kind, friendly, patient, and efficient while still being gentle and thorough. I drove an hour and a half to be seen here and would do it again happily. The facility is spotless and welcoming, easy to find, plenty of parking, and they even have snacks and water out for patients. Do not hesitate to use them for any care needs!

me and my boyfriend came to this location and was treated like family. They didn't make us feel bad in any way. They were respectful and professional. The visit went fast and it was also inexpensive. They only accept cash payments fyi.
