Our host was a young lady that was very polite and attentive, she took care of us I think the private room was worth the little extra value The kids enjoyed it and parents had a place to hang out as well so everyone was able to relax.

We had our daughter’s 9th birthday party in a private room with a host. Our host was a young lady that was very polite and attentive, she took care of us! I think the private room was worth the little extra value! The kids enjoyed it and parents had a place to hang out as well so everyone was able to relax.

We bought a summer pass and it was well worth every penny. We came in on Labor Day and the employees were wonderful, especially in the rock climbing section. My daughter froze at the top of the stair step climber and was scared to come down, but the two young men working there went above and beyond to help her feel comfortable enough to get down. One employee even got in a harness and climbed up so he could show her how slowly she would come down. They were awesome, especially considering they were working on a holiday.

I’ll start by saying that we’ve hosted a couple b’day parties here and it’s always been great. 4/26/25. my young daughter attended a friend’s b’day party. They were jumping & playing in the ball pit. My daughter jumped into the ball pit and missed this 1/2” steel plate by inches! The place was packed with easily 20+ small children playing on the ball pit. How in the world Urban Air felt this was ok to leave exposed is beyond me? This is an BAD accident waiting to happen! I pointed it out to what seemed to be a pretty unconcerned teenage employe. Pure negligence on their behalf.

My family and I had a great time! The kids really enjoyed themselves. Kamaya the first desk employee was so professional and sweet. Thanks for a great experience!!❤️
