Giving only 3 stars because the woman who was checking me out today at check out was very very rude to me for no good reason at all. Wasn't sure if she was just bitter or what. But I am giving 3 stars because the manager (I believe her name was Jennifer or Jessica, I was mad, so can't remember which) but she turned what was a terrible experience for me into a much better one. After she followed me out the door to see what the issue was. After I told her how rude the woman with the silver hair was, she told me that she would take care of it and immediately went back inside to address it. I appreciate her very much. Because you don't be rude to people for no reason. Everyone has bad days. But you don't take it out on other people. Especially customers for the establishment you signed up to work for.

I purchased milk here yesterday, and when I opened it this morning, it didn’t smell quite right. After checking the label, I realized it had expired two days ago. It’s really disappointing to buy something that’s already past its expiration date— especially when it’s displayed front and center where customers expect fresh products. As a customer, I shouldn’t have to double-check expiration dates on basic essentials like milk. Very frustrating experience. Do better!!!!

Will never grace these doors again. I understand that employees have bad days. But for an employee (Vickie) to have an attitude because an older gentleman asks you where the bathroom is, is not a reason to toss things or rant to the next customer in line that you "wouldn't have given him the key if he didn't need it." All he did was ask if the bathroom was in the corner after you rudely shoved the key at him. I tried to call and speak to the manager multiple times, only for no one to answer the phone.

Very few items in the hardware area where the glue and tape and stuff of that nature there's little and in some cases no glue. It seems they have a problem keeping it stocked I don't know whether it's because of deliveries or they sell awful lot. But that area of the store is always shy of just about everything. They have brought in a new manager. She ID me when I was trying to purchase a pack of cigarettes. I'm 62 years old and I look it. First time it's happened in many years. I've been shopping there for many years and I was refused because my ID was expired. I haven't been back to the store since and don't plan on ever returning. It's ridiculous because it's so obvious that I'm of age three times over.

Great selection, I stopped to break a large bill. I know that's sometimes an issue, today nothing bigger than $20 was allowed, I purchased $33 worth of stuff. I figured cash back would cover my $15 need. Then I was informed no cash back. Look, I'm not blaming the employees, but management this is an easy fix. Be consistent with your in-store policies.

Been in the store one time. Had to ask for help and both folks I talked with were VERY Helpful and knew the stock and where items were. Checkout associate was fast and helpful as well. Well stocked as most Dollar Generals are. Prices are great.

This is another good dollar General. The cashiers are friendly and the store is usual clean and stocked. Occasionally they ring up an item priced differently. But they will fix it if you notice. Store usually has all items stocked.
