I am a 67-year-old mother who has accompanied my 34-year-old daughter to see Jess twice thus far. We have been to her Tallahassee clinic and Dothan clinic I can say, without a doubt, that I've been VERY IMPRESSED with her professionalism and bedside manner. She truly and sincerely cares about her patients, comfort, well-being, and having a positive experience! I would highly recommend her to anybody of any age group that may have a need for the care and services she provides🥰 In fact, all of the staff were friendly and engaging. Jess, Erin, and Sarah are a wonderful team. They are so caring and make you feel so loved and special. I highly recommend the Dothan satellite office for anyone in the Wiregrass area! These ladies go above and beyond with patient care.

After 8 years of infertility, multiple surgeries, PCOS, endo, and a miscarriage we made an appointment with New Life in Dothan. Everyone at the office was so welcoming and great to work with! Our entire experience here was amazing, from our regular office in Dothan, to the Pensacola office for our procedures and embryo transfers. We were always kept up to date on our results and communication was always timely. We ended up with them for around 2 years and our miracle baby via IVF just turned 6 months old. I can't thank them enough for their part in this journey ❤️ We are thinking about trying for a second baby in the near future and are planning to use them again. I highly recommend if you are struggling with infertility!

I highly recommend Jess Williams at the Dothan location. She truly cares about her patients and takes time to listen to their concerns. She was instrumental in helping bring my nephew into this world. Our family is forever grateful for her. Do not hesitate to schedule with her if you are seeking fertility treatment. Her dedication to helping patients achieve their dreams of parenthood is undeniably commendable.

I have been waiting awhile to write this review. Although the office staff is very friendly, if you want better service and more attention to detail you should go elsewhere. We chose Newlife due to ease of getting testing done in town instead of going up North. I have been to three different OBGYNs and none of them had ever heard of Newlife and recommended clinics up north, that should have been a clue. After completing two IUI's with them I got a second opinion from my OB and explained to her what they had been doing and she said they were completely doing things wrong. They also put me on birth control for 2 to 5 days at a time to manipulate my cycle to fit their needs since they do not have a full staff. By the third IUI, I went in the day before for for an ultrasound and the NP didn't even review my chart and thought we were doing timed intercourse, so the attention to detail is not there. We decided not to even show up to the IUI the next day and were refunded. Not to mention we met with Dr. Ripps once and scolded my husband for being on Testosterone Replacement Therapy and and tried scaring him. My husband is working with a urologist in town that is keeping his fertility intact so if the urologist isn't worried, Dr. Ripps shouldn't be scolding him. We just went in for a second opinion up north, ACRM, and during the first ultrasound they found a polyp that could be hindering implantation. There is no way I could grow polyp between my last US with Newlife in May to now in August.... so they missed it. They also provided all of my husbands paperwork in the portal but minimal of mine, which sketches me out. I sent a message asking where my records were and no one got back to me and that was 2 weeks ago. They also told me what my AMH was and that it was lower for my age but there is no record of the blood work anywhere. Go to ACRM, they are fully staffed and so knowledgeable. They never scolded my husband for being on TRT and I am already scheduled to have surgery to remove the polyp and move on to IVF with them. UPDATE as of Aug 26- my new fertility clinic came back with AMH of 2.28 when Newlife verbally told me it was 1 something. Sounds so sketchy to verbally tell me that and never show me it like my current doctor does. I also don't think its possible to fluctuate.

The team here at Dothan NewLife Fertility is great! They were there to answers any questions or concerns I had. They were kind and worked as a unit. Nurse Jessica was amazing in caring for me throughout my treatment there. I wouldn't trade her for the world!!! Thank you so much Jessica, Lindsay, Sarah, & Hannah, & Blaire for being there to assist me with any needs I had. Your kindness and care will not go unnoticed. Hope looks different to everyone. I put my hope in the Lord, and the the Lord led me to NewLIFE. My fertility journey started November of 2019. It took us almost 3 years to get pregnant with our daughter. And as I’m writing this I’m holding my beautiful 4 month old miracle. We tried EVERYTHING. You name it, we did it. 4 IUI’s at various clinics, 1 egg retrieval, and 3 embryo transfers later we FINALLY got a positive pregnancy test. It was my first and only positive test. It was a moment I thought I would never get to experience. I am so thankful for NewLIFE and all the staff. During our time with New life, we visited several of their locations and each and every staff member was wonderful. Now, I do believe in honesty so I will say that no office is without flaw, NewLIFE included. Yes it does get frustrating when no one answers the phone. They will call you back, you need only be patient. And yes sometimes we felt like we should have seen Dr Ripps a little more often than just when we went in for our embryo transfers. All that aside, they truly are a great team with a great staff and a wealth of knowledge to help people get pregnant. Because that is the goal right? We can’t thank everyone at NewLIFE enough.
