Our New Baby, is more then the items in their store. They are a locally owned business with heart! We bought our nursery furniture here almost 12 years ago & had an issue with a bed rail. We stopped by & were assisted immediately & they were able to help us with a part for our bed, even though the furniture isn’t made anymore. Thank you so much for helping us our new baby! I can’t recommend or say enough about this location /store/owner. From our very first seat upgrade to multiple replacements we’ve gone to no one but them. They will help put in and check seat as a cpst , so knowledgeable, kind hearted, and truly care to keep our babies happy and safe ! We moved out of stated and have had to replace our seats . We immediately knew we’d be buying from them again ! We love them so so much and only trust them !

Brandon Dempsey was absolutely amazing at helping us look at strollers today. We have been so overwhelmed shopping for them online and he had such a wealth of knowledge regarding strollers and car seats and we are so appreciative he was willing to share his knowledge with us. Best baby store we have ever been to! Highly recommend!

My wife and I traveled 2 hours to visit Brandon and Our New Baby. We had no idea what to expect, having never been there before. We were not disappointed and left with some amazing furniture for our new addition. Brandon was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! Me and my wife are expecting our first child in December! The customer service has been superb! Brandon has been extremely knowledgeable, patient, and helpful through the process! We have already gotten our glider and put a bedroom set on layaway which is hassle free! Will be getting the stroller and all the extras next! Thank you for the great experience!

Mr. Brandon and his staff are the friendliest people ever. We placed an order online and had some trouble, due to fault of manufacturer, however he and staff spent weeks (months?!) making it right. 10000000% satisfied. They more than deserve our business!
