Love the doctor. Didn't like hearing the staff complaining. Trying to understand why we had a copay when we have 2 insurances. I did hear one staff member tell the other that the insurances were not in the computer. Guess they just took my $10.

The nice young lady with dark hair that works at the desk is far more helpful than the eye doctor. It’s not her fault the doctor is ignorant and won’t listen. I walked in to exchange my unopened contacts they ordered me. They ordered the Pearl Vision brand of contacts after telling me they were ordering a completely different brand. I got my contacts in the mail and came to the store to exchange them. The doctor decided to take over as i was speaking to the receptionist. The female doctor told the receptionist to order different contacts. She didn’t tell me she was doing this until the order was placed!!!! I had my unopened contacts in hand to exchange there and she did not listen what so ever. That was over a month ago. Where are the contacts you ordered against my wishes? I have not received them or any sort of confirmation email, phone call from the business letting me know my contacts are ready; absolutely nothing. Terrible eye doctor and very unprofessional

My original appointment off of Deerfoot was canceled and I didn’t receive a call. The reschedule even got canceled so I made an appointment at the Hoover location. The service was great but the computers were down so the receptionist had issues and the doctor couldn’t pull up my photos to share.

**AVOID** Friday at 12:30, I went to acquire spectacles. The website and door says open, yet they are not. I called and was told they did not have a doctor, so they will not be open. Misinformation, terrible service, inaccurate hours online, and at physical address. A business's lack of foresight is not supposed to inconvenience the customer. Find a better option before experiencing such disappointment. Thanks for wasting my gas, time, and lunch!

Great! Everyone there was awesome! Also really liked the guy I had who helped me can’t remember his name. But he was awesome and very sweet and funny.

Excellent experience for both my husband and I. We each had eye exams, and purchased new glasses. Everyone we encountered during our visit was kind, thorough, and helpful.

I have tried wearing multifocal contacts before but they didn't work due to headaches. The prescription was wrong This time, Dr. Williams got the correct prescription the first time.
