All About Baby

I love to shop at All About Baby. The staff is so helpful. I can even pay over the phone, or paypal. Then just run in and pick up. Cutest store. I sometimes can shop from FB and don't even have to go in. Just let them know what I need. Also, I sometimes just message and tell them what I am looking for and they put the whole outfit or matching for the grands together for me. I love their service.

Agree with every one else about the bad customer service! I ordered a whole furniture set in January 2022. I have received everything except my bed rails. I have called several times to get an update on when they will be in and can never give me an answer. She tells me she will tell the owner to call me and I have yet to receive a call from the owner. It doesn’t look like I will even be receiving them at this point. Definitely will not be ordering anything else.

The items they carry are fine for the most part, but the store itself is so incredibly cramped. No way could you easily maneuver a stroller inside, which is odd for a baby store. You can’t even really pass someone in the aisles if you want to move further down. I baby wore my son inside the other day and it was still hard to get around because everything is so so cramped. Makes for a less than enjoyable shopping experience. It is also disappointing that they sell amber teething necklaces. Overall the slight increase in pricing on items I could buy online combined with the hassle of maneuvering through the store makes it not worth the trip.

We go to All About Baby very frequently, and we love the friendly staff and the many amazing baby boy options to chose from! They always help me fit his shoes and it’s easy to exchange if I get the wrong size.

Great selection and friendly staff, however very disappointed in their return policy. BE AWARE before you purchase. I purchased items that were too large, and got too many items of the same size for my baby shower. They will NOT allow you to get a refund unless you've paid cash. I wasn't aware of this policy until I tried to return an outfit. You'll get store credit, that's all. A bit disappointed because I wasn't informed of this until afterwards.

Plenty of nice baby items to choose from - from clothing all the way to furniture. However, I give them 3 starts because my husband and I were looking for a specific big ticket item, and while we were looking no one cane by to offer us any assistance or provide us w information. The store wasn't busy at the time, so it would have been reasonable for a sales associate to stop by. Unfortunately, we moved on.

So far our experience with All About Baby has been wonderful. Everyone that we have worked with has been super friendly and helpful! Some things found there might be a little pricy but the discounts offered and the quality of the furniture makes it all worth it.

Bad Customer Service. We ordered costum bedding through All About Baby and paid in full upon order. We were told the bedding would be ready in 6-8 weeks. My wife went into pre-term labor 6 weeks after placing our order. When I called All About Baby to get a status update on the order, the lady on the phone was rude and seemed irritated that I was calling to check on the order. It was not the fact that the bedding was not ready (it was understood up front that it would be 6-8 weeks) or nothing could be done to expedite the order (don t understand how nothing could be done, but OK), it was her attitude that stunk.
