Kroger

Almost everyone in this store is so nice and helpful, they always say good morning and are always willing to lend a hand. It’s clean and well stocked. I didn’t give 5 stars tho, cause even tho they have some of the best employees that Kroger has to offer, for some reason they have the rudest 2 ladies I’ve ever met working the customer service. The very large lady has gotten smart with me more than once and has left me just standing there for more than 2 or 3 mins while she’s looking at her phone. I had to walk over to the cashier to ask if the customer service was open before this woman would even look up at me. And another woman, a very small older woman with blond-white hair, she is just not meant to work with the public. I don’t want to be rude and say maybe she has mental health issues and that she must be going unmediated, so I won’t say that. But she has very bad social skills and is not nice at all. Everything else about the store is amazing tho!

Store is always clean, staff are friendly, and self checkout always gets us out fast. The coupons sent to us are always great. It can get crowded and hectic in some aisles, but that's shopping anywhere

I'm trying really hard but apparently the person that picks and bags pick up orders has issues. I've had to call several times because raw meat was bagged with other things. Last week it was so bad I took the items back for a refund. Low and behold, it happened again and appears they pay zero attention to any special instructions as well. The manager on duty has tried his best but I guess the day time people don't care nor have any supervision.

This Kroger needs to be rebuilt. Its a super old building and dark inside. Food City, Publix and even Walmart are much better.

I like to stop in for the deals when I'm on this side of town. They could open up some more cash registers, as there seem to ever only be 2 or 3 working aside from self check out when I go through.

I really like Kroger because of beautiful and fresh fruit, good sales, fresh produce, home delivery and order for pick up.

Last night me and my 15 month old visited the store. As we were coming out, it had started to rain. While I’m fighting my son to get him in his car seat, an employee approached me and starts to load my groceries into the car. I never saw him in the store and for him to come help me meant a lot and this was an example of GREAT customer service. I didn’t get his name but he had black curly hair and it was pulled back in a ponytail.

Are you kidding me?! The redesigned store is a nightmare! The aisles are ridiculously narrow, making it impossible to shop without being constantly interrupted by other customers. It's like they want to make shopping here as frustrating as possible. Whoever designed this disaster should go back to the drawing board!
