An absolutely lovely daycare. We had issues with daycares in the past, but we absolutely love BBMA. My son is an extremely picky eater and the director herself ensures they have options on hand that he will take. They go above and beyond for the kids. My son is excited to go to school every single day

We really enjoyed BBMA. We loved that our son was exposed to various cultures and their celebrations. The staff was so sweet and accommodating when my son was diagnosed with a chronic illness and had to withdraw. They made him a very thoughtful and sweet feel better card that he still looks at! We will be back as soon as he's cleared. AJ, the director, and his staff are all so sweet and friendly.

Our son has been here about a year now and we’ve had a great experience! The teachers and administrators are friendly and have good boundaries in the classroom. Our son has learned a lot and we’re very happy to keep him here another year.

I highly recommend BBM Plaza! My daughter loves the daycare, and we are so happy with the experience. The activities are perfect for her development, keeping her engaged and helping her learn new skills every day. The staff is excellent - caring, professional, and always attentive to the children’s needs. The facility is clean, safe, and well-organized, which gives us peace of mind. They also communicate well with parents, so we always know what’s happening. We are very grateful for the positive environment they provide!

I have an autistic child who requires intervention. This staff exudes patience. Additionally, BBM has allowed my child to receive services in a natural environment. Due to the center’s openness to therapy, my child has made tremendous strides in progress. I have marveled at the growth my lo has demonstrated.

We absolutely LOVE it here and so does our daughter. The directors are very nice and welcoming. Ms. Libby is a GEM! We receive updates throughout the day and our child learns so much there. Highly recommend.

Our family moved from Birmingham to Madison early summer. Our two youngest attended a BBMA in Hovber so we were pleased to know that one was opening up close to our new home. We’ve been with BBMA Plaza from the very beginning and I can tell you that the staff here is top notch. Everything they do is with care, intention, and love. The curriculum makes learning so fun for them. I’m so grateful for the admin staff and teachers here. Our two littles that attend BBMA Plaza are so loved by everyone there.

I would not recommend this daycare. From the beginning, I made it clear that my top priorities were learning and safety, but after just a month, I was deeply disappointed. On Friday, we picked up our 1-year-old son and immediately noticed abrasions on the right side of his face. There was no incident report filed, and no one informed us of what had happened. When I asked one of the three teachers he rotates between daily, she had no idea. The director had no idea and told me the other two teachers had no idea. On Monday, he claimed the cameras didn’t show anything!! So somehow, these abrasions just magically appeared? The lack of accountability and transparency is completely unacceptable. We immediately withdrew our child and have since escalated our concerns to corporate. I’ve also filed an official report with the child daycare division of DHR. I pay too much money and care about my child so deeply that “I’m sorry” is not efficient! I want answers!
