Posh Mommy & Baby Too!

In a world where it’s really easy to write bad reviews, I wanted to take the time to leave a positive review. I have driven past this store countless times and never come in until I was in a pinch. I found exactly the clothes I needed for my kids in the correct sizes for the event we were attending. I was offered help as I shopped, and when I declined, I wasn’t bombarded. The selection of adorable kids clothes and toys blew my mind. The prices were fair for the quality. I have not shopped any of the larger items such as cribs, strollers, etc, but I was very pleased both times I went in. We found the perfect 1st birthday items for my little one. As we left the store, my oldest was offered a toy from a toy box, and she let her pick a second toy for the second child who wasn’t there. She knew there was a sibling as I had bought coordinating outfits. We will certainly be return.

my favorite baby store in alabama ! they have the most precious baby clothes for both boy and girl. awesome customer service. Definitely recommend stopping in to see there wide selection of baby clothes, accessories, strollers, car seats, & much more. only place i shop for my grandsons.

We purchased a glider for our nursery from here and had a good experience! The owner and staff were helpful when picking a glider out and ordering. They also worked to get our glider in sooner if possible since we didn't realize order time could be so long and my due date was coming up. I called a few times to find out the status and communication was good. They called once the chair came in and pickup was easy!

The furniture's quality is excellent; however, the customer service experience was unsatisfactory. The company's owner appears to prioritize her convenience over customer needs. For instance, when my husband and I purchased nursery furniture, we were informed of a backorder, which we understood. Approximately two months later, we were notified that the items had arrived at the store for collection. When we explained that we required additional help and a larger vehicle for transportation, the owner was unreasonably upset, rude, and unaccommodating, expressing dissatisfaction with our inability to transport the items in a single trip using our personal vehicle. Additionally, we have witnessed her displaying similar behavior towards other customers in the store. While the store offers high-quality items, the overall customer service leaves much to be desired.

I searched everywhere from Nashville to Birmingham to find a store that I could test out carseats and strollers and was constantly disappointed. I got on TikTok and saw a video about Posh Mommy & baby too and was shocked to find out they were so close to us!! When we went in we told Lisa all of our needs and wants in a stroller carseat combo and she showed us a few options and guided us to finding the perfect fit for our lifestyle! We are already obsessed with our cybex items and so ready to really test them out when baby gets here! I’m so thankful to have a local business that had many brands to test in store and also they carry all of the brands I love which makes it easier when I want to grab something new for baby! Another major plus is the carry swaddlini which isn’t a common brand carried!! Overall we LOVE this store and couldn’t recommend them enough!!

Love this store! Not only is the selection of baby furniture and gifting items the largest, the Jellycat collectors' items offering the best in North Alabama, (in my opinion,) and the owner and associates helpful and welcoming, but the owner is kind and compassonate beyond her great in-store customer care. Upon leaving the store, one evening, I realized my car wouldn't start. It was just before closing. I had a closeby friend for a ride, but had to leave my vehicle until my husband would arrive. The owner was helpful and even left storefront lighting on for the safety of my vehichle/belongings and so my husband could see to look it over. Genuinely kind and compassonate people will always have my business!
