Had a great experience at this location. Clean/organized shelves, variety in products, and the young lady who checked me out went above and beyond in making sure I received all my CVS care discounts. Thanks, Meghan! You rock! Will definitely be returning sooner rather than later.

If I could give this pharmacy 10 stars I would. They are so fast at refilling and patient with all of my questions. I have used the online messaging option twice and both times they called me back with a solution. Seriously, they are amazing. Thank you to the team for helping me the past 3 years.

I visit often to load my debit card because there is no fee to do so at CVS. More often than none, im met with the face of dread by employees because it's a simple yet "take you away from the task at hand" type of thing.. however, TORI has always met me with a smile. Nevr fails. She is the reason behind the 5 star review. Thank you for being you, Tori. & A positive reflection of CVS!

My Insurance was bill for a prescription that I didn't received. From now on I will be watching and counting every prescription I get from there..The person that did that should be fired.

Most the time when I come here it's always friendly fast service. Today june 5th, 2024 around 1:35 I went in to buy some nicotine lozenges and the lady (i saw on her badge she was a manager) asked if I had a cvs number with them I said no and she kept pushing me to sign up spent three minutes telling her no before I got aggravated and she spent a solid minute and a half staring at my license before putting my birthday in. When I went to leave I said thank you and left. I have never had this kind of interaction with anyone there until her. I will be coming back but if she is there I'm spending my money elsewhere. She was unprofessional and rude definitely not someone I would let be a manager.

Looks like cvs will not let patients talk to pharmacy any more. The app does not answer needed questions, the callback is not returned, if someone is put of town they cannot come in to get the answers needed. || Sitting in drive through pharmacy window 15, 20 mins…called and the guy/pharmacist who answered said don’t worry well get over there and hung up. Mkay

To the pharmacist on duty at the cvs in millbrook, I understand that you guys close in thirty minutes. It’s not my fault Walmart took forever to type in my scrip and then took forever to reach out to me letting me know they could not fill it. I understand I called you two hours ago to get the prescription for my glucose monitor transferred. However refusing to fill my prescription until my over worked obgyn office can get back to you with a diagnosis code when you can look it up in less than two minutes is a bit absurd. It two me two and a half minutes to find the dignosis code per my insurance to cover the meter, strips and lancets. I appreciate you taking the time out and trying to get this done even though you told me it wouldn’t be till after 9am tomorrow. However if you would have spent two more minutes we could have gotten it done tonight, and I would have been able to sleep and wake up feeling less stressed as a expecting mother going through this for the first time. I used to work in the pharmacy, I know how it works. I wouldn’t have given up that easy as a tech & you as the pharmacist shouldn’t have either. I could not tell you how many hours I’ve spent on the phone fighting with Medicare to cover certain things for certain patients but I did for them. Do better 😢

Doctor accidentally call Prescription in to Prattville CVS but went to Millbrook to pick it up was told it was in Prattville not offered to get it filled in Millbrook like he would think they would do crappy service no wonder they never have any business
