Doesn't really matter now that they decided to close the location. Dr Kalter was great and actually made me not mind having to go to doctor. But then he left no one bothered to let me know. Then they went down to 2 days a week and never answered the phone or responded via email. Then I get a random call that hey we are closing the location but please consider driving 30 minutes away to go to another location.

Dr. Jones is amazing... His manner and approach is calm, friendly and soothing. He EXPLAINS your injury to you so that you feel better informed and can make decisions with mindfulness. Dr. Jones seems to have a sixth sense about pain care. His staff is so thoughtful and respectful. Most will understand when I say the whole office is professional but absolutely southern. They WANT to take care of you. They have my utmost respect and appreciation.

Turned away from "urgent" care because I had no appointment, ignoring the entire point of an urgent care facility. Used their online service to request an appointment. No reply. Called their office. Phone rang incessantly and then dropped the call. No answering machine. This is not health "care." This is the epitome of doc-in-the-box, you-get-what-you-get service that ridicules patients' needs. I would say it was all about the money, but I don't know how the heck they can make money turning away patients like they were. Three of the first four patients in the queue at 8AM this morning were sent packing. Just horrible.

Use to be amazing... The these new reception workers don't care about anyone let alone their own job. They get nasty quickly are lazy, never answer the phone and when they do it's short answers. Phone will always hang up and not allow you to leave a voice mail and honestly this place has changed so much I hate that the good nurses and doctors in there are stuck with these inadequate workers for the front. Had to go find a new clinic all because if this.

Does not deserve a star. Walked in to an empty waiting room to have the individual at the reception window ignore us. Went over to the worker’s comp window to ask if we needed to check-in at that window instead and we were referred back to the girl who ignored us. She proceeded to rudely ask what we needed and if we had been there before. Then pretended to go ask the on-site physician if he/she could fit in a walk-in. Came back to tell us that person was too busy with worker’s compensation claims for the day and that we should just go to another urgent care somewhere else. She then proceeded to dismissively direct us to two urgent cares down the road. Do not go to this practice. Worst customer service ever.

I have been coming here since it Opened and have always been Happy with the C.A.R.E. I have Received here! Amanda did a Fantastic JOB from what ailed me and Previously the DOCS here Saved my Life! DOC KENT, Nurses & Staff are so Professional and even Personable! Can't ask for any better! Thank U to Everyone who makes this a $pecial Place to get Outstanding HEALTHCARE!

Walked in for a simple pre employment blood draw and "physical ". Sat in the waiting area for 45 min before being called to the back. The woman who brought me back was very nice and drew my blood and said the dr will be in in just a moment. 30 min later and I can hear laughter and joking and I stick my head out and there's a skinny chick in maroon scrubs to which I politely asked did she know how much longer it would be to which she snarkily replied we only have 1 Dr and you're next. I ignored the attitude and said ok I just wanted to make sure I hadn't been forgotten. She said ok and as she turned her head back rolled her eyes. I guess she didn't realize or care that it could be seen but what a horrible attitude when someone is being polite. I work in Healthcare myself and I hope she encounters a patient who will correct her with that type of attitude and rudeness. Will be reporting to my company that they need to stop using this place for minor screening. When I asked a second time 15 minutes later she was even .ore rude as ive been sitting here listening to this dr laugh and cut up next door for almost 45 minutes now. What kind of business is this? Horrible and half my day wasted already . Would give 0 stars if it would let me To add: dr finally came in as I was about to leave after calling my company and I told him his staff was very rude and no shock he was just as rude. Spent 40 minutes cutting up next door and barely spoke a word to me. Said ok you can go. I said you're not going to do my physical He said I signed it you can leave. I walked to the front and every staff member turned their back to me and no one spoke a word. Horrible customer service no wonder they have such a low rating.

If you think you have a issue other than the common cold I would go elsewhere. I use to love this place, but over the years it is becoming the worst clinic. Can't get appointments and ask about just walking in and told need to go elsewhere just for an xray.my favorite clinic has become 1 star worth.😟
