Went in for an emergency visit for our 2 year old. They didn’t have an opening for at least another hour so we booked an appointment and came back at that time. Never saw anyone mind you, all through a kiosk. We waited in the waiting room in the dark (for some reason they had no lights on) with our sick baby for almost a whole hour before being seen. Finally they asked us back and that was the quickest waste of time. My baby has a rash all over her body and they said kids get viral rashes all the time. They swabbed her for three different virus and all came back negative. All this is just hard to believe with how she has been feeling/acting. We were basically told to continue what we have been doing and see our pediatrician. Have no idea why we even wasted our poor babies time and our money for this visit. Not even sure how they are in business. The nurses were nice, nurse practitioner was not very professional or kind. Just feel like we left with more questions than we came with and our baby did not get the help she needed. We will be seeing her pediatrician and will not waste our time here again.

I highly recommend Main Street Family Care due to their outstanding staff. They carefully listen to concerns and expedite appointments. Results are quickly obtained and the facility is very clean. The patient self-service kiosk is convenient and efficient. Overall, it was a great experience.

I came in for a DOT physical and the young lady on the kiosk was amazing! I believe she told me her name was Jasmine walker. It was my first time at this location and she walked me through the entire process patiently and she was very kind. The staff was great as well! These people need a raise!

This provider was the best today. She heard my story, processed my situation and treated me. I truly feel she needs to be apart of ur regular team. It was a great experience.

Had a really great experience and was in/out in less than an hour, including x-rays. All The staff was kind, courteous, and knowledgeable as well. I highly recommend using this UC if you ever need it!
