I had my first visit there today. In my 68 years I've never had a better experience at a doctor's office. Everybody from the receptionist to all the girls I interacted with in the back were sweet, kind and very thorough. Ginger was very easy to talk to and listened to all my concerns. So happy to have found this place.

I started to use this place as my primary healthcare facility in January of 2024. I have tried to call multiple times to set up appointments, ask for refills and to walk in for a check up when feeling sick. Every single time Ive called it has gone to voicemail and I've never gotten a call back. I'm an asthmatic so not being able to get my medicine filled in time really causes a lot of trouble for me. On top of having to go to other places just to be seen, I would not recommend this place to anyone.

My Wife and I are new to the area. We tried for months to find a healthcare professional for ourselves. My Wife visited Ginger first while I waited a while in search of my own Physician. After having no luck, I visited Ginger and her Staff this past week for my wellness exam. I was very pleased with the care that I received. Ginger is very easy to talk to and she was very thorough and professional. From reception to the Nurses, everyone here is wonderful and kind. We're very happy to be patients here.

I was looking for a new family physician and Ginger McDougal came highly recommended. She and her staff some of the most caring, attentive care givers. She listens to what you have to say and takes her time to speak with you about your concerns. She’s very thorough as well. And Toni is simply amazing! Any time I call with questions, she’s always happy to help. And if I need a script refilled, more often than not, it’s in within hours.

Ginger Mcdougle is a one of a kind person. She takes time to sit and talk with you instead of rushing out the door to see her next patient. She has been my Doctor for a few years and also my father’s doctor.

Millbrook Family Health is the best medical facility I have ever been to. The staff are so professional and personal. They have just the right touch. Ginger listens to her patients and that seems to be a lost art in most medical offices. This place is a God-Send and I count it as one of my top blessings in life! 💜

Ginger McDougal and all her staff are very caring and supportive They have been there when I needed additional pre-surgery testing. They provide a wide range of diagnostic and lab procedures on site. If they cannot provide the procedure, they will refer you to other places. Love this clinic!
