When we called them they said they would open the store at 4 PM on Thanks Giving Day. But they didn't open until 6 PM. We only came to know when we went to the store. Lots of others customers have called in and got the same information that they would open at 4 PM and they returned knowing they are going to open at 6 PM. Please don't waste people's time by proving wrong information. Everyone is busy in their own lives. Their time is not dedicated to Carters store.

Do not place an order to pick up in store!!!! Sales associates do not pull items and your order will be marked as cancelled! Refunds take 7-10 business days. This has happened on three separate purchases. Ten “cancelled” items in the last order were in stock!! My daughter in law had to go around the store to pull items herself! Extremely disappointed in the lack of assistance given.

They have the cutest kids clothes! You can also get great deals if you catch the sales or check the clearance racks. The store associates are very helpful and friendly,too.

The clothes is nice but I don't recommend online shopping. They took the money out of my banking acct one week later. I keep track of my expenses but it was annoying having over $50 just on hold.

I absolutely love this store for kids I can always find clothes for my little girls at great prices. And the employees here are very helpful and nice

The staff was really great, I was here the week of Thanksgiving so it was very busy. The staff kept the place cleaner than I've ever seen around Black Friday, really impressive.

The employees that work there are the worst. Not very helpful and incredibly rude. I order things online just to avoid speaking to any of them and it's still always an issue. Not sure why they all hate their jobs so much.

Great variety, but that was the NASTIEST public bathroom I've been in in years. I didn't even want to change my son's diaper in there.
