They gave some cute scrub set for a decent price . But the store on spring hill ave in mobile ala. Is very messy very unorganized.

I give this place no stars. The tall black cashier lady with braids was so rude, she didn't speak at all and she had a nasty attitude I really think she should be transferred or fired, but everyone needs their job. I think she should be suspended because, she was not professional in telling me"Sir you can't have that cup in here"in a very scoffing tone. Not to mention she never speaks when my neighbor and I come there, she completely ignores us!!!

I had a good experience here myself. The manager (I believe her name is Ms. Tammy) was very helpful and nice. It's much better than the cottage hill location.

Rude is an understatement. You can tell that the employees are use to ghetto people like themselves coming into the store. Very obvious by their conversation while customers are around. The sad part is that they were older ladies. I wouldn't have been surprised if it was some kids being unprofessional. At their big age you would think they would have some type of retail etiquette. Needless to say I will make sure to continue to drive by this place.

Horrible staffing, management dont give two f about team safty with public nor safety with clothing that have mildew smell or mold at time but is told to spray them down or hang them up until the smell go away and place on the floor. Only store that close late in a drug area when other store have close at 6 pm for safty for there team. Air conditioning that is blowing black mold in they store that you can see on the ceiling of the store. If you go here to get anything please wash first and wear a mask 😷 you will get sick 😫

Picked up my layaway. Just a quick trip. I did not go past the register as I did not want to find anything else to spend money on in this store on that day. Citi Trends is one of my go to stores for great gifts and on trend fashions. They sale everything except food - they do have candy though 😄.
