I will never be back to this store. When I first pulled up there was several employees outside smoking marajuana. While I was shopping I seen a female worker and a shopper coming out of the back room. She was pulling up her cloths and they was fondling each other . She continues to the register and stuffed merchandise in a bag and he walked out . There is so much illegal activity going on and around this business. I don’t feel safe.

They had two employees working and we were the only people in the store and it took them at least 10 minutes to come check us out on two separate occasions. The employees didn't even speak to us.

I visited the store today 9/5/2019 and the cashier/salesperson, B. Wilson, was talking on her cellphone the WHOLE time I was in the store...EVEN when checking me out. She had her earpiece in that was covered up by her hair BUT she's still at work and I heard her side of the conversation which was rude and unprofessional. I wanted to ask her a question but I felt like I would have been rude to interrupt her conversation about a girl turning down her ex-boyfriend marriage proposal because he cheated on her and she felt like he was just proposing to say he was sorry. The girl turned him down too because that wasn't what she wanted in her life and she wasn't going to get over him cheating on her. On a positive note...I like to get belts, t-shirts, tights, purses, bible covers, and sunglasses from here and they still do layaways.

I buy my family's socks here. The clothes selections could be better organized and one worker in particular could stand for some customer service training and a few therapy sessions but all in all... Great socks

It was disrespectful and unprofessional. The cashier did not try to solve the prices mishap. Instead, she dismissed the problem, instead of solving. WILL NOT visit this store again. It happened Sunday, March 9, 2019.

They have a variety of clothing for men and women and kids....I never find exactly what I'm looking for but I always find something forva great deal

Very rude workers unprofessional on the phone an in person. This store needs a whole new staff. Someone who wants to work an a people person. They don't care if you buy something or not. Very very very unconcerned about the customer.

Its a slightly above average citi trends experience.
