Dollar General

Store manager is rude and all the dollar general items were expired had to return to another one with a bad attitude as well which was ridiculous cause it’s not my job to check the dates on items. I’m the one who should be mad cause I went home with something that I thought was good for someone who was sick and find out they were expired

Do not advertise your time of closing then shut the door and lock it in your customer's face before closing time. Have the day you deserve!

They have no conceptual clue about stocking their shelves. Not empty, just always on carts and hidden, but never on the shelf. Looking to check out... good luck... no cashier in sight. They would prefer you self check out, so they hide and avoid the front. Need help finding and item... your gonna wish you had spent a little more and stopped of at the other place. The first words out of the managers mouth.. we are the only 2 people here, so deal with it... I felt the manager was so overwhelmed by her duties, she must have just shut down mentally and taken a vacation in her own brain.

Rude employees every time we go in there. Always have to ask a cashier to check us out. They act like it’s a bother to them, to stop what they are doing. Last time my husband went in, they told him to the self checkout is working. He/We do not use self checkouts ANYWHERE! I think this store will be OUR resort, if ai need anything else, I’ll travel a few extra miles from now on.

This Dollar General always reeks of dirty cat litter. The smell is so strong up front that I had to cover my nose to keep myself from puking. There is no way, with that strong of a dirty cat litter odor, they do not have something up front causing it. It seriously needs to be looked into.

Multiple customers in the store with no mask on, and the brunette lady working the register happily checked them out while also improperly wearing her mask below her nose. There are signs everywhere on the door as well as the register saying that masks are required. I would appreciate if my life was valued enough to enforce the LEGALLY REQUIRED face mask mandate going on due to a national pandemic. I’ll take my business elsewhere where my safety is a concern.

Stopped by to pick somethings up this evening and even though there is a poster on the front door stating that masks are required, not one of the other 5 customers or the employee behind the counter was wearing one. As I approached the check out counter I asked the employee if employees were not required to wear masks. She said ‘No we don’t’. I referred to the sign on the door and she just shrugged. I did double check the mask policy on the website once I got home and it still says that employees are required to wear masks. Unsure if this is a rogue employee or a rogue store. Either way, I’m pretty grossed out and disappointed.
