Five Below

After walking thru the store with intentions on making a purchase, I changed my mind after seeing what the store looked like. The store needs help getting it back to a presentable look. I feel like the employees cannot keep up with the mess they have to clean up behind customers.

I won't go back, I was at the cottage hill location last Tues or Wed. I checked out and got out to my car and looked at my receipt. I realized something I scanned rang up $7 instead of $3 which was on the item. I went back in and the lady at the counter said if I had noticed before I paid she could have changed it. So, I didnt get my $4 back that I was overcharged. Plus I was not greeted when I walked in they were all talking to each other. The lady was very rude and she just didnt want to quit chatting with her friend or co worker to help a customer.I looked online and yes, they can give a refund. Left me not caring to go back. It was my first and last trip there. Very very bad management if that was her position. Not spending my money on ppl like that.

I love this store so much!! So many cute and useful things and great prices. Love the self checkout. It's a fun place to take your kid too.

The store was fully stocked, clean and organized. The customer service was great and the staff were friendly. They have a large selection of cute items at very good prices. They have unique items as well. They were the only place within a 20 mile radius where I could find pool noodles as well!

Good variety, staff was on their phone actively having a personal conversation and blatantly not paying attention to me trying to actively check out with them. The only self checkout was occupied. I’ve never had this issue at other locations

Had a great time shopping at Five Below. Found exactly what I was looking for plus more. The nicest young man, Aubrion Simms, greeted me hand helped scan and bag my purchases. Just wanted to shout out to a fellow Murphy Panther and someone I expect to hear great things about.❤️

Went in there this morning and this worker who looked mid 40s and balding crop dusted me in one of the aisles in the back. Very disgusting and he needs to be terminated
