J-Ray Shoes

I had been searching for a particular style of shoes in the color and size that I needed. I finally found them at J-Ray. I was pretty excited that they did have the shoes and I was thrilled that they were ordered on Saturday and arrived on Monday. Now that's fantastic customer service.

I purchased 2 pairs of Women's Black and White Saddle Shoes. I pre-ordered them in Spring and received them in July. These are the Real Deal and *exactly* like the saddle shoes from my Spent Youth in parochial school. Grin. Shipping was reasonable and prompt. These folks know sizing and they know the *fit* of their shoes. I'll be doing business with them again

Great customer services and quick shipping! I ordered shoes from J-Ray Shoes on a Saturday morning and inmediately sent them an email asking to please ship as soon as possible so I can wear them on a trip I had planned for the following Thursday. Very cute quaint place. I thought it was a women boutique, but it was a children boutique. Very cute stuff, but I did buy me a pair of cute gold sandals. Customer service was great. I'm from Kansas city.

Shipping was crazy fast! I think I got them in three days and I live a few states away, so that was awesome. I’ve been looking at the exact same shoes on other sites and these were the best price and when arrived they were in great condition, I love them. I’ll definitely be ordering more from J-RAY SHOES ! :)

My first time making a purchase was 1 year ago when my son turned 1 years old. I bought 2 pair of shoes. The lady that helped me at the time put all of my fears and worries aside. She was very nice,knowledgeable and patient with my son. She made us feel so welcomed that I was determined to come back and buy more shoes. But, the other day when I came in I immediately felt a different environment.  The lady that, I could tell begrudgingly helped me, was not very friendly at all. I could tell she thought I wasn't going to buy anything anyway so she was just ready for me to stop wasting her time and leave. On top of that she was not friendly to my 2 year old son at all either.  Seemed as if she didn't have the patience for us or "my kind". Since I didn't feel welcomed I started to just leave but I stayed and bought my son some sandals. But unfortunately this will be my last time buying from or even referring people to this business.

The young lady who helped us, was AMAZING, especially dealing with Ava's crying and stubborn resistance lol she kept a smile on her face the whole time. I know this is fairly expensive but it is worth every penny and more to know your baby's 1st pair of shoes are fit perfectly for her feet. There's no price on peace of mind! Thank you J-Ray's and if you need school uniform shoes or like me 1st shoes ever you will leave satisfied and with a pair of shoes that fit amazingly!!

I've been here a handful of times. It's hit or miss as far as it being crowded, as well as if you encounter friendly staff. Overall however, I like the selection & help in getting my little one sized. A bit pricey for sure, but for small children it's great to shop in person for quality shoes.
