Kids Foot Locker

I ended up in the mall on a tax-free weekend. I shouldn't have done that, but I decided that I would get my niece and nephew some Nike Air Max for school. The kind their mom wanted, they only had 1 pair, which was in my neices size. I stood in line and waited my turn. During checkout, a little kid walked up and asked the cashier a question about some shoes she proceeded to assist the little boy. Ext a rude lady who walked up to the right telling her that she needed a shoe in a certain size and wanted to know if they had them. She stopped helping me to see if they had this lady's shoe, but there are other people working in the store pulling shoes from stock. I was starting to get heated 😠 because I am standing here with cash money in my hand, ready to checkout, and get this pair of $132.00 shoes for a child in kindergarten. Finally, I told the cashier that since she is deciding to help everyone but the person who is here 1st, then by all means, I night be back when I think you're ready to assist me. She could have easily told the other people that I was there 1st and that someone would be with them in a moment. I left out and went to another store, and they were sold out, but they sent me to the other footlocker that had a pair in my nephews size. I then went to bels, finish line, and city gear, but they didn't have them. I proceeded back to the kids' footlocker and approached the cashier, who was the same person as before and advised that if she is ready to help me them I am once again ready to check out. The shoes were still at the front counter, I checked out and left. My husband advised that if it ever happens again, don't co.e back to that store. To just order offline from Nike. Worst service ever. Plus, this cashier has been working here for years. we come here all of the time. The cashiers name is Erica M.displayed on the receipt. In much need of customer service training.

Lots of variety in many different brands, such as Vans and Converse. All of these shoe places are getting pretty overpriced, and this one is no different. There are two of these in the mall to help with peak business times, I guess. For some reason they are all out of the Vans with the rainbow sole. The people they hire are always very knowledgeable and nice. They also have backpacks and t-shirts.

Great in store service. Had a return. The in store employee help maked the return and refund fast and quick while making sure that I was 100% satisfied.
