This daycare (the Mobile location) is horrible. My niece was mistreated on day 2 of her attending. She is 6 months old and was very aggressively treated by an employee. The “teacher” picked up my niece’s pacifier off the ground and placed it back in her mouth without washing it. She also shook her and her crib aggressively to make her go to sleep and when she wouldn’t go, the teacher let her cry for an hour. Lastly, the teacher handed my niece to a parent who walked in to “soothe her”. This teacher should’ve been removed from the staff but instead the director stated my niece and her family are not a good fit for this facility. There is zero accountability and honestly scary that a teacher could treat a BABY like this all while cameras are active. Please do not send your kids here.

My daughter was coming home every week with incident reports from children hurting and biting her and they had the nerve to call dhr on me for welps on her leg that I’m 100 percent sure happened from the daycare. Dhr cleared me from any abuse and my case was dismissed and even dhr said this was one of the worst daycares in mobile alabama and that they get a lot of complaints about them.

I had a horrible experience and would not recommend to anyone. My 3 month old spent almost 10 hours at daycare, he should have had 4 bottles (eats every 3 hours EVERYDAY) when I got there to pick him up he was laying on the floor scream crying with his head on a wooden toy and had been fed ONE bottle at around the time he was dropped off in the morning the entire day. When I said something to the employee she said she "Did not know, and he screams like that all day..." They also have cameras you can watch and for the past week every time I checked my child was not in the camera and was set in the only crib you could not see in the room, I said something to the worker and she fixed the crib so it was in the camera and as soon as I got to work and checked it again I then could not see his crib again. I never brought him back after this incident on Monday and called 4-5 about them refunding me, was told every time a refund was put in and I should be getting it back within the month. It has been a month so I called customer service and turns out nothing was ever put it! Awful experience all together

My son autistic attended for 3hrs they couldn’t handle him, I paid a 120$ registration fee they are refusing to refund me and also the director is saying there is no trace of my payment, they are lying he wouldn’t have been able to start! Be careful they have no paper trails and the directors will steal your money they work together. Other people have reported this same problem.

My 2 children attend here my issue is more with policy my children adore their teachers. I arrived 12min late and was greeted by staff at the door to be told there was no room. How was there no room when I paid $150 to guarantee my child’s spot at daycare for the summer and I paid 2 weeks advance for the FULL week I called corporate and they told me the $150 guarantees the child spot but if other kids who didn’t get in summer camp come they can get the spot which causes them to be full which makes absolutely not a lick of sense if the $150 guarantees the spot and this is coming from someone who has worked at 2 daycares so I do know about cut off etc but there is no grace or compassion for the parents here at La Petite if you are running a little late and don’t call. I had a lot going on this morning and I had a lot to do today so this was very exhausting and upsetting to have to deal with this and specially for a service you paid for but don’t get due to being a tad bit late this is just unheard as a former daycare worker myself and very inconveniencing to deal with as a parent policy needs to be changed

There's no communication unless it's to recieve a payment. The staff isnt knowledgeable and the girl at the front desk is always to busy on her phone. My son's two year old class had COVID at least 2 times a month. No hand sanitizer available. The only thing good about this place was the cameras... Took my son out Friday and will be looking for care elsewhere
