Little Monkey Toes

Staff were so helpful! Great selection! I was passing through town…in a hurry…called ahead and the salesperson had items pulled when I arrived. This store is two hours from my home, but I will be purchasing there again!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Little Monkey Toes is the best children’s clothing store. I have been using them since the day I found out I was having a girl. The employees always greet us by name when we walk in and they are always so nice. I love it’s a one stop shop where I can get bow, clothes, and shoes. I also greatly appreciate that I can send them a Facebook message looking for certain theme and they send pictures of what they have. Sadie is without a doubt our favorite employee and love when she’s there.

Buyers beware….. I admit this store has beautiful items in the store, but I can’t help to wonder why the workers only followed the black people in the store? Then I placed an order for a pair of shoes over a week ago. Still no shoes, tried calling and leaving a message but the lady that answers the phone keep stating, the lady that does the ordering and shipping out is not in today. I assume she’s on VACATION because she’s never there. The only polite one there was the Dog… smh

I’ll start off by saying I’ve spent a ton of money in this store! I’m a repeat customer! We go mostly because my baby loves seeing the owners dog! Well today was different! We went for the Christmas sale! I immediately saw the Rosaline doll I have been desperately searching in stores for! I picked her off the shelf to see what my baby thought of her. Immediately my toddler noticed the baby was missing a sock, so I kindly went and told an employee. She immediately told me oh those dolls are not to be played with! (There was no do not touch signs) I said oh she’s just holding her I wanted to see what she thought! I intend to buy her however the sock is missing. Would you have the other sock for her. She grabbed the doll from me, took it to the counter and placed it under the counter. She Didn’t offer it back to me. All my baby wanted to do was hold the doll again! I planned to buy this doll for my baby today! But the way this situation was handled I was treated like a nobody as if I wasn’t good enough to shop in this store! And for that reason I would not recommend this store to anyone there was no hospitality or kindness shown today!

Went in for the first time yesterday because I had a gift card from one of my baby showers (my daughter is now 15 months old, better late than never). I got a bathing suit and hat and went to check out. They tried to use the gift card and said that it was showing there was nothing on it. I was a little shocked, however they tried multiple different ways to try and get it to work. Finally, it still wouldn’t work, but instead of just dismissing me they took off the amount of the gift card! I am very grateful, with the way the world is I know it’s hard to trust what someone is saying. Definitely will be back! Amazing customer service!

I have been in this store and although very adorable items and tons of options for shoes, I am very disappointed in how I was treated on the phone. I called this company to see if they had a pair of shoes for my daughter for school. When I called the woman who answered took my question but then said that they were very busy. I asked her politely when would be a good time to call back because I live an hour and half away and did not want to drive this if they did not have the shoe. She rudely asked if I’d be coming tonight or tomorrow. I once again tried to reiterate that I was 1.5 hours away, she then interrupted me and said, let me ask this another way. Will you be coming tonight or tomorrow? At this point, I feel totally dismissed and frustrated and reexplain that there was no way I could make it before they closed since it was now 5pm and they close at 6pm. I kindly asked her what time would be best for me to call to see if they had these shoes in stock. She said tomorrow at 10:30am after they opened and then hung up. At the end of the day, I realize that this isn’t that big of a deal but I feel completely disrespected and she acted like I was stupid. Definitely not a way to earn business. All she could have said was that it was really busy and if I could call back in the morning she could check. I would have happily done so.

Worst online store ever! Total scam!!! I ordered a pair of baby shoes online and after 10 days of not receiving any shipping confirmation, I had to call the store for an update on my order and they simply said that they run out of that size!! No phone call or email, no follow up whatsoever to apologize and refund my card. I had to call after 10 days to ask what was going on! It was showing available when I placed my order and ready to ship.They said on the phone that they will refund me today (that was yersterday). I then went online and saw the reviews and that it had already happened 6 months ago to another customer!! I called my bank this morning and of course no refund was processing.How more dishonest can you be I had to file a claim. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!!

Learn from my mistake and avoid this store at all cost! I ordered three pairs of shoes and to date after a three month process of emails with Allen who I guess is the owner I've only received two.I initially order three pairs of shoes I promptly received one pair a few days after my order was placed to my Surprise as I hadn't received an email notification that my order had shipped. I reached out after a week via email and asked when the other two pairs would arrive. I received an email informing me the other two pairs of shoes were out of stock! They provided alternate options that looked similar so I said great please send them. A few days later one pair of shoes arrived still waiting on the third pair and I've reached out via email. Buyer beware!
