Horrible lugar, nunca me revisaron, me dejaron en la sala de espera en una silla de ruedas, a pesar de estar llorando del dolor, porque no podía estar sentada ni siquiera le importó, a lo mejor porque soy hispana me trataron de esa manera, me pusieron dos inyecciones y me enviaron a casa sin saber lo que yo tenía, pésimo hospital

My sister got into an accident, we’ve been here for 2 hours and not once has anyone come to give us and update. I also told the front desk that there was blood in the bathroom on the floor 45 minutes ago and when Evs got here to clean up a spill there was no chemical spray or wet mop that was used and I asked the young lady with evs if the lady at the front desk let them know about the blood on bathroom floor she said no. This is the dirtiest hospital I’ve ever been to and being here 2 hours without an update is absolutely uncalled for, I should have loaded her up and took her to Pascagoula MS myself. I transferred from Thomas Hospital ER in Fairhope, which was truly fantastic facility they just did not have the staff/facilities to address my issue, to Mobile Infirmary. ER to ER. For the last 5 days Ive moved from ER, to regular room, surgery, and ICU. Ive had MRI, too many blood tests to count, and countless interactions with MANY Drs, Nurses, Aides, nursing assistants etc. EVERY…. EVERY SINGLE employee was absolutely FANTASTIC!! Unfortunately Ive been in a few hospitals, none as stellar as MI !! Shout out to the stroke response team that came in to work on their day off to take care of me…to Dr Southwood and his Team… and lil Miss Baker who brought sunshine and smiles when she brought me whatever needed. EVERY employee… they made Mobile Infirmary SHINE!!!! I wish I remembered all of their names

I had a major surgery and all of the staff on the second floor in unit 2200 were amazing. They took very good care of me and all of my needs. I would tell everyone to use this hospital. My doctor was top notch. He saved my life. Dr. Isaac Payne has great bedside manors, very compassionate and caring.

If I rate the quality of care my Dad received on the 5500 it would be a negative number. It wasn't very pleasant. I would sit in his rooms for hours nobody ever came in to check on him. I had to clean him up and suction him. His yunker was filthy, so I had to ask if they would change it out. Every time I looked down the hall towards the nurse station there would be at least 10 staff members standing around holding a conversation not taking care of patients. These are people's loved ones!! It's your duty to take care of your patients!! How would they feel if someone took care of their loved one like they took care of my Dad!! My Mom retired from MI. She was an exceptional nurse! I WON’T BRING MY LAME DOG TO THIS PLACE!! 💔😭😡 It's bad when the ambulance drivers told us to file a complaint because of the way they had my Dad looking when they arrived to bring him home!!!😭💔😭💔

I just want to give kudos to Dr. Carpenter for his amazing work and bedside manner during my mother's stay. I also want to give a special shout-out to the amazing nurses, specifically Laurie and Sabrina who absolutely made my mom feel comfortable and treated her like she was their mom/daughter. I have some issues with Mobile Infirmary, but this team went above and beyond for my mom and I'm eternally grateful.

Mom came in for emergency spinal surgery. Although I was a little hesitant due to her advanced age, we agreed to move forward in hopes to extend her quality of life - Each step of the process was well organized. From the Neuro ICU staff and Dr’s to the 5th floor staff and Dr’s all amazing- - her surgeon(Dr. Clark) and his team were excellent. Good communication throughout the surgery process and now praying mom has a full and speedy recovery from here. ❤️‍🩹. Would use them again. Food was also great - cafeteria and the smaller Good Grain Deli -side of Atrium waiting area. Highly recommend.

Was a patient recently and stayed on 2 North after my surgery. Preop and post op care was truly amazing. EVERYONE on my care team was absolutely some of the most caring individuals I have ever encountered. I wish I could remember all of their names! One name I do recall was RN 'Blue.' She was wonderful. Everyone from the RN's to Dietary were just perfect. May God bless these outstanding individuals.
