This is the line with three staff and one manager who stated she can’t do none she off the clock. One person checking out while three restock. The excuse is that people are asking for sizes which you can clearly see we are all in line. I hate coming here but had two sets of uniforms I had to get.

Please get nicer staff and more staff for busy location I tried to stop theyoung lady in store for assistance and was ignored twice and then stood in line for 35 minutes just get my ID snatched out my hand for my pick up order and then wait another 15 for the lady to pull the order and take another shopping guest behind me and not one smile given or an apology for the extended time waiting way to go on customer service unfortunately this is the only location in mobile and they have the worst customer service skills and did I mention the same young lady that ignored me ended up being the one to finish the transaction because the manager was to focused on where the other employee had walked off to instead of having a satisfied customer training needs to be had immediately if you are going to keep this current staff

You have to be kidding me, this place is a disgrace to the Sears brand. Fights almost breaking out, clothes scattered about little like a rummage sale ( no disrespect to rummage sales). Five employees standing around and not answering the call to assist the one person who was solo at the register with a line of fifteen people. Come on, I couldn’t find anything right about this location. Please, close your store, I see why it is rated as one star but it should be a zero.

I give the store a 5 star review overall !! Employee Neisha was fantastic she helped me with everything I needed and didn’t look irritated when I had a lot of questions. Highly recommend people coming here !!

This place is horrible.. the store is so junky and the floors were so dirty.. and the staff definitely isn't helpful or friendly

Went to pick up a order for my mom they were extremely rude, took 30 minutes to “find” my moms order, and it was just GROSS!! The store was ridiculous! I understand people are “short staffed” right now but this was way beyond that!!
