Tillmans Corner WIC Clinic

I switched to this clinic after moving to the area and I do not like it! My last clinic was way better. I had my benefits turned off unknowingly and I still don’t know the reason. When I called she just turned them back on without explaining anything. I missed 2 appointments because they don’t send reminders. And they don’t even call to check. My last clinic was on it! This one is trash.

I was so anxious to go in for my WIC appointment, and reading the poor reviews for this location only made me more nervous, but we showed up right on time, and had an easy-breezy experience. The security guard who greeted us was very polite. The lady at the sign-in window, the woman who took my child's measurements, and the woman who went over the brochures/paperwork with us were ALL super informative, patient, and kind! Maybe we just caught them all on a good day, but I will say their friendliness and positive work attitudes definitely helped our appointment go so much easier than I had expected!

All the ladies at the WIC office are always so helpful and genuine. I love the staff they have. And the security is as well. He’s always staying on top of his job and is a nice man to talk to. I highly recommend going here if you’re needing their services.

It's been 11 years since I've had to come to this wic office and honestly I dreaded it. When I tell you I actually enjoyed this visit from the front desk, to the vital check, then the nutritionist. I love her! Everyone was so sweet and personable. It was a great experience. I'm actually looking forward to my next visit

This place never answers the phone EVER your better off forgetting about it and letting them call you or just go up there

Even though the ladies here stay busy, they always make time to be so kind to me every time I come in. Not to mention it has been a life saver being able to be approved for the wic program to help provide formula for my son during the formula shortage. Also the security guard out front is the funniest and has the kindest soul. He helps me to my car when my hands are full. They are the best!

I was scared to come here based on all the bad reviews but I'm glad I came. It's much closer to my house and I just didn't wanna make the drive downtown when there was one less than 10 mins away. Before I even entered the security guards were outside greeting me with smiles. Even though I was about 10 mins early I was able to check right in. The entire staff was very friendly and interactive throughout my visit.

I’m not sure about these other poor reviews. But when I went the security guard walked me from my car to the door. And advised where to sign in. The staff was so nice and friendly. When I was leaving the security guard walked me back to my car. I felt safe and cared for. Love the service I received me and my new born daughter
