Un bueno hospital

I have been here twice for scans in the last couple of months and both times I was impressed with my experiences. Friendly and helpful staff. They were organized and got me in and out quickly compared to other hospitals I've been to. I just had an outpatient surgery on my hand yesterday and everyone made sure that I felt safe and comfortable. The nurse giving me my iv was so worried that she hurt me but I barely felt it and I don't even have a bruise. Surgery staff were wonderful as well! My aftercare nurse took excellent care of me. My only complaint is it's so difficult to find a parking spot. I really appreciate that they have valet as I have mobility issues and can't walk far sometimes. That being said, I would have zero issues coming here for anything I might need in the future.

I was life flighted here from Mooresville. All my have been amazing, compassionate, caring, and l be treated right they both are a great to have as your nurse. But the care over all from all the nurses have been great if I was to ever be hurt again this would be the place to go. Even though some doctors take there time with doing things these nurses will get on them. Best over all care.

If you didn't have an infection when you got here you will when you leave. This is after 11 days. Not one floor was mopped and the thing that they put the IV needles or needles in is totally full. You're lucky if you get a clean blanket and you're even lucky if you get to sleep with the blanket with your bile on it. I am totally disgusted. My baby deserves better than this even though he doesn't have insurance. He is a human being and he's dying of cancer and he has to sleep on a green pillowcase,etc

This hospital needs to be shut down. The doctors don't communicate with each other and the patient rooms are DISGUSTING. From windows that leak when it rains, crumbling walls, sagging ceilings, atrocious bathrooms. The shower stalls look like something from a third world prison. Definitely does not seem a habitable place, especially for someone who's ill. I'd suffer and die before allowing myself to be admitted here. That being said, the ER staff is wonderful and that area is clean and sanitary. It's the hospital itself thats a disgrace

Brought my son in Saturday night due to the fact he was vomiting blood. He was actually placed in an er room fairly quickly but remained there until Monday afternoon when we finally got a room. The doctors said that they were waiting on test results to give us answers. Here it is Tuesday afternoon, all of his numbers are in his patient portal, but can't seem to get his doctor to come back to the room. He's been on the list for an mri for over a day now, and still all we are getting is crickets. If you have any other option for hospital care, take it.

Awful experience here. Doctors may be great, I wouldn’t know. Mother stayed here 5 days and never spoke to one. Couldn’t get anyone on the phone. Left messages everyday with no return calls. Showed up every day and no one was ever available to speak or update me on my mom’s condition. Sad that this accepted by anyone.

The staff on the eighth floor are friendly but not trained. I've been basically doing everything myself since arrival, bed pan, cleaning, asking for meds. The surgeon did there job but I was knocked out for it anyway. For comfortability and safety dont come here for a extended period of time
