Best Western Inn

My stay was comfortable. The service was excellent, the breakfast was enjoyable. The room way neat and interesting. My complaint was with cleanliness. There were dead bugs and a spider in the bathroom. I found hair in some places and the tub was cracked and pealing. These are things I do not worry about, but must be honest for the sake of a review. This was a work trip and I enjoyed my stay. The bed was very comfortable, air conditioning worked just fine. I had no problems other then a desire for better cleanliness. Thank you and God bless.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, the free breakfast was good and had lots of variety including hot items like a waffle maker and buffet trays with sausages and eggs, and the customer service was wonderful. Great job Best Western in Munroeville. 5 out of 5 stars.

Check in was simple. Staff were very nice. Our room was clean. We didn’t check out the pool. The free breakfast is a positive bonus. It’s your typical hotel breakfast. Everything was clean. I would definitely book again.

Edit: the owner finally credited my credit card for the booking system error. Warning: The Best Western website allowed me to edit my reservation but unknown to me it booked a separate night instead of actually changing the night. I did not catch this because the original reservation number was the same with the new date. Because of Best Western’s system, I was charged for a non canceled night and the night I actually stayed. The owner is refusing to credit me for their mistake.

I met Selina when we checked in, and she was very helpful and sweet. Then I met the manager when we checked out. I didn't get her name but I think she is from Germany she also was very helpful and sweet. The room was clean, and we felt comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

The bed was good, however I had to keep the bathroom door closed because the fan was very loud needed to be replaced along with the towels they had holes in them and were dingy. The front desk lady when I checked in was very accommodating, great customer service.

Clean rooms and staff was friendly. Unfortunately had difficulty with flushing the toilet and due to a later then planned arrival, were unable to access the lobby after hours. Staff provided a plunger in the morning. Breakfast was well rounded and a nice start to a travel day.

Stacy in house keeping made sure my room was clean and she had the best customer service and very respectful.|This is my second time here for business. I will be back to this location. Best stay with friendly staff. I will recommend this hotel.
