Excelente para un buen fin de semana...

It wasn't bad. It's a long way from the interstate in my opinion. The room was cozy, though. It sat across from a Walgreens and had some food options. The room was mostly clean, but no attention to detail, i.e. the baseboards, inside of drawers, and other not immediately noticeable things could be paid more attention to. But, it wasn't bad enough to cause a stink. The front desk clerk was polite and got us in and out quickly. Rooms were quiet. Overall, I would stay again.

I have repeatedly told the man at the front desk about the roaches all in my room, they are so bad they are coming out of the sink and bathtub drains. They have been crawling on the sealing and I even had one in the bed. I have asked to get a little bit of a discount or move to new room and ask to speak with manager and still nothing. They need to be shut down until health department clears them of all bugs. It is disgusting, I tried to get a room at another motel but being it is shut down time everywhere is booked up. I will sleep in my car before I stay at the Regency Inn again

Truly doesn’t deserve a one star. I booked a 2 night stay and left after the first night. The only reason we managed to stay the first night because it was really late when we got there. The first room we checked into smelled of stale water like a public pool bathroom then I realized the seat was fully covered in mold. We switched rooms to a different floor and the man apologized for the inconvenience. The fact that mold was fully surrounded and on the carpet it was obvious that nobody even bothered to check the cleanliness of the rooms. The second room had small dead roaches it the fridge and alive ones that I had to keep my food from. The smell of the room still wasn’t a good smell but not as bad as the first. As we left the next morning and I walked through to check nothing was left behind I found an actual adult diaper in the bottom shelf and sunflower seeds that have already been eaten behind the drawer and I guess just spat back out. I understand Monroeville isn’t big but this is not even on the list of places you would want to stay or bring your family to much less.

After almost 2000 miles of travel we stopped here. The room smelled stale and like after smoking. It was impossible to walk barefoot on the carpet because something sticky stuck to your feet. The lamps do not work, some have no bulbs at all. The floor lamps was broken . The towels were old and not very attractive. The mattress was torn and pieces of fabric were hanging on the side. The paint on the ceilings and walls was peeling off. The toilet paper holder was barely hanging on. There is only one trash can. But the refrigerator and air conditioner worked. And the water in the shower was fine. Therefore, we would recommend washing the carpet in the room. Maybe then the smell will be pleasant. But nevertheless, thanks to the hotel for giving us the opportunity to rest. On the first night we caught cockroaches😀. It's good that we had our own spray and the rest of the time there were no cockroaches. You get what you pay for. What I need to tell too that people were standing near the parking cars and talking very loudly, so when check out starts you couldn’t sleep if you stay few days. Hotel is not quiete

Needed a place to stay with a pet. Website said $10 fee,sign on door says $10 fee. We were charged $20 and they said fee has changed. Terrible smell and we should have left. Sink drain full of hair,gross. Lamp shades full of dust and broken. Next morning just needed coffee and no coffee in lobby they said coffee pot in your room. No coffee packets in room. Terrible place! Book elsewhere or sleep in your car.

I stayed here 15 years ago and it wasn’t good then. It’s managed to get worse. Don’t stay here.They do have WiFi but it’s not good. WiFi was the best thing I can say about this place.i had to ask for a receipt when I checked out. I’m pretty sure a felony was committed in my room
