Alabama Center for Reproductive Medicine (ACRM)

Dr. Long has been so helpful and supportive of me and my husbands journey to become parents. It has not been an easy road but he works very hard to ensure everything is properly done for the best results. Hopefully we will get to say we’re pregnant soon!

The whole clinic was friendly and welcoming. Everything was explained to us and they constantly asked if we had any questions since it was a lot of information at one time. They all had a positive and we left feeling more hopeful.

Wife and I went here and the general staff were nice enough, the nurse practitioner was very informative and caring. I will say during our first appointment with the Dr he decided to answer a personal cell call and chat it up with them for a few minutes. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. His further demeanor was cold and uncaring. Staff apologized for him but we decided to never go back.

From day 1, everyone here took the time to listen and offered compassionate care. Dr. Long validated my feelings and listened. He came up with a plan and his staff executed beautifully. In the Bham office, the front desk staff were always welcoming. Cecily was excellent and listened to me even when our opinions differed. Tracey was the best! She was always able to answer our questions and calm our worries. 1 year after my first appointment I’m holding our 2 week old. Cannot thank this practice enough.
