Destiny was a life safer today! My 4year old daughter goes to the swim class academy right down the road from this Carter's in Montgomery and for some reason we did not have the top to her two-piece bathing suit in the bag! My kid cannot swim in just bottoms. With 10 minutes before her class I called Carter's and was greeted with a smile over the phone Destiny and she looked at what they had in stock and picked out the cutest 4T One piece bathing suit and had it ready at the front for me to swing by purchase pickup and take to my 4 year old a few shops over. Because of Destiny, my daughter was only 3 minutes late to her swim class versus having to miss it completely! Bonus - my daughter LOVES the cute pink one piece with flowers all over it! Thank you Destiny! Keep up that great customer service, it is so appreciated and so many lack it now of days!

My first time instore experience was amazing. I would like to acknowledge Jamecia and DeAysia for their outstanding customer service. From the moment I walked in I was greeted and made feel welcomed. At no time were they pushy or aggressive although they noticed the sales prices had me in a frenzy. We need more young ladies in the retail arena like this. Looking forward to my next visit. Also kudos to Meisha for her phone assistance.

Great customer service! I was exchanging something that I purchased online. I love Carter's clothing for kids and I'm so happy that they have bigger sizes now! This store was clean and organized well. The staff made my exchange quick and painless!

I've shopped Carters for decades. Love this location, I frequent it often. Return policy is clear in case your little sprouts up faster than they can wear the clothes. Use the email receipt option so they can have yours on file.

The salesperson Cassandra was very unprofessional...when I came to the register, she never acknowledged me , but kept talking to her coworker...when she asked me if I had a rewards card or whatever your store offers I said no thank you..she said " it's not a credit card" I told her I knew that..rhen she asked if I shopped a lot. I replied not at that store...it was more like harassment than help..ive been in that store before and never was treated like that...she doesn't need to be working with the public
