I do like this particular Citi Trends but they ALWAYS close early, sometimes 45 minutes to an hour early and that's ridiculous.l!! I am always looking for a number to report them but it's not posted anywhere on the property or door as to how to get in touch with higher up management... that's probably why they do it and get away with it 😕

With it being Christmas Eve the store was busy. However, the two cashiers were working hard to get everyine in and out rather quickly. I was able to find what I was looking for and was out of the store within 30 minutes. My cashier was courteous and friendly.

Everybody in this store on 15th street in Tuscaloosa has a very nasty attitude.very nasty.....listen cititrend owner stop hiring workers who have evil spirits and just come to work to be mean to people.we the people do not want to be spending our money and dealing with nasty attitudes at the same time.....spending your hard working money and dealing with nasty attitudes...I will drive 44 miles before I go back in that store every again..this is everytime.....the whole crew needs classes or to be fired bottom line.

It's okay but the people they have working for need know how to talk to people when customer come in to shop & question see it f they store have it or call another see they have... No give very nasty admitted they look at crazy sometimes just walk off from like u not their to shop.... I see like that f don't won't work give your job to someone is well to work....Head COE Management should look into this problem... It's not right for people they do come their send their money it's shouldn't be no nasty talking from employee at all... If they feel like person's or peoples give them something to be mad about just tell them to leave if not all 911 what they waiting for used it's their to help.... I feel they should better workers their they them...

Doors Closed and locked early at”Sunday 10/6/2024 at 5:45 with staff inside ,it supposed to be open till 6 pm .
