Perfecto atienden muy bien

It was dirty on the inside and outside things were everywhere on the floor I couldn't even push my cart down the aisles without bumping into boxes or toys or just something in the way this Dollar General was horrible it used to be ok although it has been a few years before now that I've been to this one but, my my they need to clean up and get organized ASAP! ***Update it's so much better it's clean on the inside and out and on my last visit the cashier was very friendly

This is the worst DG in Montgomery. Shelves empty, cashiers sitting down not working, and they have the nerve to get an attitude when they have to get up and check out. Check your employees DG or I will.

This store is one of the worst Dollar General stores in Montgomery. The store constantly smells as if the employees use marijuana and smoke cigarettes inside. The city government needs and health department need to initiate an investigation into the management of the store. The store is nasty and disorganized most of the time. Tonight, I tried to return a mop that I paid $9.00 for on yesterday. With a receipt, the manager, person in charge, and the cashier refused to return my money. I was told that since the mop had been used, my money could not be refunded. The mop tore up as soon as I started to use it. Please save your money and do not purchase anything of value from this store. The products are no good. Equally, store employees do not follow the return policy for Dollar General. Buyers beware! The store does not adhere to its own return policy. Of course, if the store's zip code was 36117, I would not have had an issue. However, since the store's zip code is 36116, the employees conduct themselves as if they can treat customers any type of way. I suggest that everyone find an alternative store to visit. Perhaps the Dollar Tree across the street should become the store of choice for the community. I do plan to file this complaint with the BBB for a thorough investigation. Lastly, I will contact the city council member in our district to make him aware of the store. My biggest fear is that the poor employees and store management are taking advantage of residents in need or the elderly.

Horrible location. .it looks dirty all the time. There's nothing on shelves and it's hard to locate items. Management is poor. Lack customer service skills. There are a few good workers there that are great but it's starts with the head. Only reason I shop here is because of convenience. It also has very poor lighting. Get it together.

I love this store and it's my favorite. The staff is so friendly and greets you when you enter the store,along as you come to checkout also. The only problem I have with this location is the milk coolers stay not working and I have to go somewhere else, but I does all my shopping here for food, household products, personal items, and medical. I will be visiting again.

The nastiest dollar general I've ever been in. Many employees are lazy and will talk on their personal phone while checking you out. Many aisles are impassable. Don't even try to get their only cart around the store because it's impossible. Prices listed on shelving does not match what you will be charged at the checkout, bring an extra few bucks cause you will need it. Many outdated items on shelves. Either they are very short staffed (unlikely with all the employees standing around) or they lack supervision.

Always closing early, always overstocked and under employed with a lot of rude employees there are a few who aren’t rude but they can never keep them because management is also rude from what I’ve heard today I went and they were closed at 6:30pm smh maybe close down for a week to find valuable employees and keep them comfortable smh!!!
