Clearly Employees Don’t want to Work. John was very Rude ; My Second Experience with him being Rude. He became silent and ignored me when I went to use my DG cash for second time in two weeks…. After a minute of him just ignoring me. He said I’ll scan it but it didn’t work last time! So you know you don’t know how to scan DG cash but you are upset with me for trying to use my cash ? Apparently learning from Another Store !!! You allow order to completely total…. We all know system is slow ! Not Employees fault , then you hit F4/ Giftcard button after totaling then Scan and it Works! John is very unprofessional!!! I hope he becomes better trained how to use Register and Providing At least Mediocre Customer Service!!!

Was at the store this morning store has a sign that says open at 8a but at the time of this post the store is still not open I have been here since about 750a and I have seen several customers leave due to the store not being open on time. This post was made at 825a and the store is still not open.

Cashier was talking on her phone through an ear bulb, having a personal conversation with someone while working the cash register. Everyone in the store could hear her speak. I was in the store for about ten minutes. She was talking before I went in the store and she was talking when I left. It was not job related. This was disrespectful and unprofessional.

I love this location! After having a horrible experience at another location I take the extra effort to only shop at this one. The people are always extra friendly and nice. The tall guy with dreads always asks how everyone is doing and finds a way to give everyone a small complement. The location is always clean and pretty much stays the same so you can go straight to what you need without feeling lost in the store. Overall great location and I recommend this location to anyone!

When I entered was greeted by the cashier working and another cashier as she came to the front gave me a warm smile. I was first in line in two incidences on same night and was checked out rapidly. I did have a question on paying a bill but she did not know they answer, no problem it did work out well. I do not really like this chain of stores but they carry those prepaid cards which my husband uses in his business online services. I like that they do offer $5.00 off of $25 or more every weekend.

The store is in a good area, the only thing was that the clothes were on racks that was too much jammed together and was not able to go through them to find what I wanted to buy. I did say too much over crowded for how they were on the racks. Towels were not stocked on shelf, just felt congested in there.

I ran into this DollarGeneral location to pick up one item that I needed. I easily found what I was looking for and got in line to check out. The computer system was very slow and I had to wait in line for about 5 minutes for the customer in front of me to complete his transaction. The cashier had no customer service skills. She didn't say hello, make eye contact, or acknowledge my existence. She didn't attempt to hand me the bag containing my purchase and I had to reach over the bagging area to grab it. Convenience and price were good but don't expect any customer service!

Every time I come here they start ushering ppl out at 7:30pm and lock the door at 8pm. I thought closing was 9p
