Never bring your baby here! Had an appt booked and we waited an hour to be seen, then when we went in, we had to wait even longer for the Dr. to come in. We were at this facility for over 2 hours! The 2 ladies that gave my baby her vaccines too, seemed like they were in training. My baby was crying as expected, but they took sooo long between shots because they forgot band aids, so she was just laying there being held down, while they got themselves together. She was only 4 months. Never bringing my baby back to this place.

I had an appt at 3:00. I fasted that day because I was getting blood work done. The admin said that she tried to get a hold of me because they canceled my appt. That was a bold face lie. I never got any phone call from them. I got the text reminders so they had my number correct. Needless to say, I fired them

I normally don’t leave reviews but I just had to express the great experiences I had at Gateway Family Health Center. Very Professional! When I walked in I was immediately greeted by a young lady name Jasmine, such a friendly environment! I was able to check in, Jasmine explained in detail the billing questions that I had, and I patiently waited for the doctor. 10/10 Experiences, even though when I wasn’t feeling my best The doctor, Jasmine, and team made it a great day!

Jasmine consistently goes above and beyond to assist patients with their billing inquiries, insurance claims, and payment plans.
