Visited H&M Eastchase on a quick lunch break and ended up discovering several wardrobe staples in my size. Audrey and Charnicka, who I learned are the new store managers, helped me at checkout with patience and clear answers to my questions. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and informative, which made the shopping experience relaxed and efficient. The store is visually appealing with well-maintained displays and easy-to-browse racks, and dressing rooms and checkout felt smooth and organized. I don’t usually shop H&M but found perfect business-casual options here. Highly recommend this location, and I’ll be returning on my next trip through town.

Just went to accompany a friend but another friend ended up buying a couple items because the prices are affordable. They do have fancy stuff but a lot of affordable stuff too. He got two sweaters. Shops pretty quiet clean and calm so don’t gotta worry about privacy too !

The staff are very rude and have an attitude. The person who is supposed to be helping customers in the changing rooms is sitting there shouting at people to fold the clothes or put them in the hanger. If you ask for help they act like you are doing them a favor. This does not happen in any other respectable store. I will no longer be coming to this store and do not recommend anyone to come here until they reeducate their staff on etiquette and good customer service.

This H&M location at Eastchase is very poorly managed. The store is consistently unorganized, with clothes all over the place and racks in complete disarray. The staff is unprofessional, rude, and inattentive, making it difficult to get any assistance. Overall, the shopping experience here feels chaotic and unpleasant. Definitely one of the worst H&M stores I’ve visited.

I haven’t been treated that way in a store in a LONG time. Not one sales associate asked me a question during my half hour browsing the store. I then went to try on clothes where there was also no sales associate, so I grabbed myself a changing room (which was absolutely disgusting, dust bunnies all over the floor, gum on one of the hooks for hanging items, and make up all over the back of the curtain). After about 5-10 minutes of trying things on a woman came back with a very demanding tone yelling about bringing our clothes back out and hanging them on the rack. I grabbed the clothes I tried on as well as others that were left in the room. She then asked me where all my hangers were and I let her know not everything had a hanger that was left in the room prior to me entering. She looked at me like I was stupid. H&M needs to do a clean out of these terrible employees. I will absolutely not step foot in that store again, it was incredibly uncomfortable. This happened 5/15 around 2 PM
