This place is so so judgmental and rude, they called me to make an appointment in person to get my WIC updated for my baby, I asked what I needed to bring in, they say just me and that was it. I show up to my appointment, when I signed in with the lady in the front office to the back, she asked me for my license, which I give, and then she asked for my pay stub, which I was unaware I needed to bring. I tell her i dont have that, she ask me in the meanest tone, “why? You were supposed to bring it?” I told her no one informed me I was as I was just updated my card, she got very rude and basically made me feel stupid for not having a paystub. Luckily my job was able to email it to me real quick, then they were telling me I wasn’t supposed to be there yet and that they can’t update my stuff until like another week and were saying I should come back, I was very confused as they were the ones who told me I needed to be there, keep in mind, I had to find time off work to be here, I can’t just come back because someone messed up. They are just so so rude in that front office I hate when I have to go, I have to really try so hard not to say anything back because there’s no way they are only rude to me. The only nice people are the ones in the back, who take your weight and actually help you. The nutritionists I’m pretty sure. Everyone in the front office needs to be replaced desperately. No one struggling should have to deal with that.

Full of stupid inconsiderate people who never answer the phone… the line is always “busy”. The one lady who does answer ( at the end of the day) is sweet but who ever the person is she transfers you to always has a freaking attitude. If you don’t want to be there find a new job!! Crazy having an attitude and not knowing what you’re talking about half the time. She’s so quick to get off the phone and don’t be having anything right or understand anything you’re trying to explain to her, because she’s so busy talking over you.

Worst service when answering the phone. I made several attempts on 12/12/24. I spoke with someone and she puts me on hold then hung up. When I called back she answered and hung up again. This is just awful. Update: After making an attempt to contact DHR. They did respond in a timely manner. I would like to thank Meg for making sure my needs were addressed and to Jennifer as well for calling to follow up and explaining what happened regarding the calls.

They truly don’t deserve one single star, This was the worst experience of my entire life! Please do NOT go here if you have options. This woman tried to give me I cup that I saw sitting on long before I entered her office and have me drink water from it from a faucet. This is all during the corona virus pandemic! There has to be some sort of safety violation there. The wait was the longest I’ve ever waited at any facility. I simply would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Deserve zero stars.They never answer the phone …They should be shut down

There should be a zero star option. Thank God for them but they move slow. If you have anything to do besides breath just find some where else. I've been in this places for 2.5 hours & haven't gone to the back yet. Yall have got to do better.

This is the slowest place I have ever been to,.my daughter had an appointment at 10:15 and at 11:45 She's called to the back it's 1:40 and she's still in the back,the receptionist are very rude,I will not come back here ever again

I have a grate service i can't said anything bad about this place..
