Tried to go get some form of paperwork to enroll my children in school and the lady was so what rude

Poor quality education board. They started sending school related messages to native language which is totally wrong grammer. They should give option to the parents who wants in their native language and who doesn't. First of all they never pickup the phone. Transportation department is another mess, they have designed bad route. The only good thing is Magnet schools, otherwise regular public school is 0 star.

I do agree that MPS wastes too much of its resources(on a macro and micro level). Its hard to tell if you can trust the staff as well. Its hard too see the good through all the obstructions. I give MPS 1 star because it HAS been a needed resource and 1 star because of THOSE staff and community WHO give it life. It has to earn the other three stars. To earn those stars they can START by having ALL of MPS' schools operate as ONE body. Hi, I'm Latisha L. Lewis.

No matter what department I call, the employees never know anything and they are never pleasant. My suggestion will be to call your school if you can, because the central office definitely can't help you with anything but give you a headache.

This school system suck when my kids was in school and they still suck til this day. The staff needs fIRED and this goes for everyone!! It’s sad how MPS upholds mothers that neglect and beat their kids

They NEVER answer the phone. Please don’t expect to get a call back after leaving numerous of voicemails.

Rude, unprofessional, useless, not helpful at all. Everyone I spoke with had a nasty attitude and I was very polite, just wanted to find out some information.
