OB-GYN Associates Of Montgomery

Had a FANTASTIC experience with every nurse I’ve interacted with. They are all kind and knowledgeable and took the time to sit with me and explain all my options and answer all my questions. Also, when I was trying to get a new prescription, they were very on top of it and made sure I got connected to the right people quickly. This is a great team.

It's changed. It doesn't feel the same. Before I felt cared for, but not I feel like just a number. Almost every visit for over a year now. I get there early. I wait almost a hour to see the Dr and then the Dr rushes things and leaves. They listened more then most Drs over dealt with in the past... But as of late it feels more like everything is glossed over and ignored. Maybe it is cause the Dr I have is a older man who is near retirement. And the years will make one tired. But I'm tired of American medicine being so inclined to ignore women's suffering and chalk it up to "mental" I'm very saddened. But this seems to be how Montgomery alabama works. The care and good service goes out the window so quickly.

This place is a joke! The staff is rude and never answers the phone! I was just told "i cant give you the extension to the midwifes office" ok well then why is the system prompting me to enter the extension? I have called 26 times in 1.5 hours and the only person i have talked to is the one that said she cant give me the extension. This is a joke, if yall hate your job please find another one. The women coming to you are already under stress they dont need your attitude to go with it. I will not be using this place! I expect especially when pregnant (another life at stake) that someone answer the damn phone! Yall better hope like hell no one has something going on and its their first pregnancy so they dont its an emergency and they lise their child because of yall! Operations like this it wouldnt surprise me if that has happened. Im so disgusted with this place! And let me make it clear the midwifes office is amazing. Everyone is so nice and friendly and welcoming. That main office however EVERY LAST ONE OF YALL ARE CLOWNS!

I first had Dr.Rust But unfortunately she passed I was Quite nervous of not knowing who my new doctor was until my surgery day I met Dr.Waller and he was just super nice and help me be calm the whole time since then I’ve enjoyed every minute of being his patient-Thank You Dr.Waller

Packed. Blasting church music. Made me very uncomfortable. I really had to insist my doc check a lump. This was during an annual exam. Shouldn’t have to fight for that.

I have been going to Dr. Waller for many years. He is the best and also his staff. It means so much to have a doctor pray over you before doing surgery and procedures on you. He is a great doctor that knows who The Great Physician is. Love Dr. Waller and his staff.

I love my doctor, even though I hardly see him anymore. I see the NP now. I’m looking to find another. ANYTIME you go, prepare to wait an hour and sometimes longer. You see the Dr/NP for maybe 10 min. The NP was sick. I received a text notification to call and reschedule. No one will answer the phone. You just sit there and wait.

Dr. Dupre is an amazing doctor. I moved to the area when I was around 34 weeks and needing a repeat c-section. He was very welcoming and calmed my nerves. My biggest fear was having a doctor I wasn't comfortable with operating on me. Hands down the best OB I've ever seen. 10/10. Better than my past c-section with an OB office in Florida. After my c-section I saw his NP Courtney and she is also amazing and sweet as can be! She inserted my IUD and talked me through it. My last IUD hurt extremely bad to where I couldn't walk for 2 days. I've had no issues with this IUD so far. I highly recommend this team. Dupree's nurse is also extremely knowledgeable and kind. She always explains things and talks with the team if I need anything answered. (I can't think of her name right now). Sometimes they get backed up at the end of the day and wait times may be a little longer. I've never felt rushed through an appointment and all questions and concerns are answered.
