I would not recommend shopping here. Customers are not greeted upon entering, and there seems to be an unfair assumption that people of color are stealing—ironically, most of the employees themselves are people of color. You can’t even try on clothes without employees running in behind you as if you’ve tampered with the tags. The overall shopping experience is uncomfortable and unpleasant. Definitely not worth visiting.

I’ve never had a great experience at this store, it’s always just been ok. It’s always very messy and the staff are generally unfriendly. I don’t typically post reviews but my experience today was terrible. I was trying to return 2 pairs of shorts I purchased online. I spoke with a man who said they weren’t in “perfect condition” despite having not even been tried on (I held them up and saw they were larger than anticipated) and were fresh out of the bag WITH tags on. There was literally nothing wrong with either of them. He brought his manager over who just said that I need to return them online. He would not provide a reason. I asked if they accepted online returns and he said yes but wouldn’t accept my shorts. The website says I can return these specific shorts in store.

I just left the store and online says it closes at 9:00. Please update the store times on google. It’s an inconvenience to customer when google says one thing and the door says another.

Justin the store manager does not know how to drive sales. I always get 2-3 super cash coupons on every purchase. I don’t get why they are limiting to one per purchase because it would give them more sales if they distribute more super cash to more people. When I asked him why, he did not had an answer and kept repeating “one per purchase and we never do that” I don’t think it is a rule or should be any store rule, it should be a manager’s decision. Zero stars on customer service and decision making.

Arrived at old navy @730/735 they were closed. Not only am I 8 months pregnant but I drove 35 minutes to get there on time. A bunch of children stood around watching me knock then when I went to my car one of the girls opened the door to throw her drink out. Very rude. Very unprofessional.

My wife likes going here. It was early in the morning and nice out.... not hot so I sit in the car enjoying a breeze and laid back music. While she shopped a little. And she wasn't in there long. Double win. 5 stars

Came back again and found some great items to start me off for the fall and winter season. One of the associates was very helpful when I was trying to find some shirts and even found me one that was just the right size for me when I tried it on. Never have a bad experience every time I've shopped here and i will definitely be back!

Update 11/24/2023 Today was good visit. The store od course was in shambles but that's because of the customers. 11/2022 I ordered maternity pants a size 16 but received a size 22. I returned the pants and never got a refund. NEVER!!! I have emailed and called so many times its ridiculous. They have verified the return through their shipping department, so they know they got it back. My only step left is to file a law suite. They literally stole from me. I have called so many times and emailed so many times its ridiculous. It's crazy how they are treating me.
