I’ve seen multiple stories coming out about this organization, and it’s really disappointing. Transparency, compassion, and accountability should be at the heart of any justice center. I hope leadership takes these concerns seriously and begins creating a healthier environment for both employees and the community they serve.

Would not recommend to work or go there for services. Staff aren’t fully trained to work with victims, very disorganized, false advertising, and toxic behavior. Leadership needs to be educated more on trauma, mental health and domestic violence itself. Case managers are overworked with poor management. Ring cameras have not been ordered and most of the services are no longer available. Don’t waste your breath.

The people were nice but not very resourceful or knowledgeable when I brought a family member. One of the counselors literally talked with her eyes closed which was strange. The caseworker had to leave the room to call someone everytime I asked a question and we left with instructions to call someone else. The whole encounter was insulting to the intelligence at best.

They tried to help me and it's limited resources I thank all the people who tried to comfort me especially the woman in the hallway she prayed for me and I believe it was on time her hug melted alot of pain away her hug felt like my mom's thank you stranger angel GB you always. Thank you to the people who provided me with safety measures and The lawyer who played with the baby, and helped me.

I had to call numerous times to talk to my lawyer about my case and all i got was document. It seems like i am just a number not a person. Also was unable to get any couseling services. I am the victim why do i have to be treated and punish again and again. I will not refer anyone in need to this facility.
