Target

They are rude! I waited 25 minutes in customer service only to get a cashier with a stank attitude. I travel out of my way to go to prattville because they are so much nicer. Yall need to retrain these people on customer service. It's absolutely disgusting how they act.

This is easily the worst target I've been in. I made a pickup order and ended up spending more time waiting for than to correct it than if I had just shopped myself. That being said, they didn't even fix it so I ended up just doing it myself anyway. If they're going to offer a convenience, it's best they have employees that can competently provide the service. Not to mention, the app said they were out of something that there was 18 of in stock.

I normally don't leave reviews but my experience was so horrible that I thought I was in Walmart. They advertised an item that was $50.00 off and it rang up full price (99.99) and I was told to take a photo of the item and show the member which I did a bit confused since this was an advertisement directly under the item clear as day but they said they needed to get a manager. This whole ordeal took 10+ mins... i left the item and decided not to shop here again. Completely disappointed. (I will admit the member who 'help' me wasn't rude but dismissive)

The staff is always kind and helpful. They have a nice food section making it an ideal one stop shop. The store is clean and well stocked. Guest services is helpful and usually not a long wait. They also have a Starbucks inside.

I'm not a Target fanatic like many people are but I am a fan of some of the brands and some of the more recent changes to the grocery side. This location stays clean and pretty well stocked, has a Starbucks, and has a quick and easy return process.

first off I just wanna say THANK U , to cooper who helped me put this item in my car . but my man in concern was , I was there on 7/31/2025 , I normally go thru self check out but I had a big item .. the lady at the register with the dreads , heavy set was scanning my items & I had some candles & she opened the candles without my permission to smell them .. that doesn’t need to happen ever again !!

I love shopping at Target. Compared to the exact same items I used to buy at Walmart, I recently saved $40.00. I have always bought from both stores but I now mostly buy from Target.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. The drive up staff is almost always rude and seem like they are bothered to have to do their job. I drove all the way there after clicking in on my way just to get there be told drive up is unavailable. When calling the store I was hung up on.
