The Children's Place

Today I found out, if you make a cash purchase and the amount is over $50, you will not get that amount back in cash for a refund. The 2 women stated that they do not give cash on a return over $50. It does not matter how much your initial purchase is. You will get the refund on a gift card or your debit card but not back in cash.

I recently visited the Children's Place in Montgomery, AL, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! The staff was absolutely amazing—so friendly and eager to help. They made finding everything I needed a breeze. The store looked fantastic! It was clean, well-organized, and had a great layout, which made shopping enjoyable. I was able to find all the items I was looking for without any hassle. Plus, the selection of clothing and accessories for children was impressive. I also appreciated the great deals they had going on, which made my shopping trip even better. I will definitely be returning to this store in the future. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality children's clothing and a wonderful shopping experience!

Over the past few months I have noticed a change in customer service. The new staff are friendly and very helpful. Especially the manager Lisa! She and Morgan helped me find a birthday outfit for my son! And sizing him can be a little hard. Thank you ladies!!!!

No ma'am! I went in to do school shopping last week. The employee at the register was rude because they were swamped with online orders. Instead of having paying customers line at the register and the ones seeking orders to line up against the wall, it was chaotic. She was very rude to a gentleman who asked about his order as he had been there before I was. She snapping told him that the other worker was looking for it as if he had annoyed her. Even though I caught a great sale, I'm not returning simply because of her stank attitude. MAYBE IT WAS THE STIFFNESS OF THE WIG THAT HAD HER IRRITATED. You all need to hire staff that has more patience especially when they are super busy. As a person thats worked in customer service for over 20 years, I would never carry myself like that.

I had a wonderful experience at The Children’s Place in Eastchase. The team was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. They went above and beyond to help me find everything I needed and I found so many beautiful clothes for my granddaughter! The customer service was top notch, and the store was well-organized and easy to shop. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Upon entering the stoplight to initiate an exchange, I encountered two employees on August 4, 2025, approximately at 7:30 AM. The taller employee adamantly refused to process my exchange request. Her response was, “We only offer refunds, not exchanges.” She also insisted that I must have (the same) card present for the exchange. Before I could respond, she proceeded to address the next customer and swiftly rushed me towards the store. But I ONLY want to exchange my online order

I received great customer service at this store. Miss Lisa and her team were able to help me find the perfect clothes for my son. It's been hard finding quality clothes for a 4 year old that is 4ft and will keep growing.
