On 3 separate occasions, I have had an issue with my debit card not working on the first register. On one occasion, they had to refund me because it went through twice, after they said it declined. Today, it was declined, even though I had more than enough to cover it. The little girl working the register actually huffed when asked to rerun the card and made a little show of saying it was declined. Each time I have contacted my bank and they say the same thing, "it is an issue with the stores machine, you are fine on your end". I have used this store for 3+ years, but I am taking a break for a while. The combination of her attitude and this being the third time on the same register, did it for me.

Holy moly what a awesome Fresh Value this one is We came for the 5 pound box of bacon for $14.99 but left with over $60 worth of stuff, lol Very clean store and well stocked on everything … Outside was clean also The bathrooms was so clean you could eat off the floor The employees was super nice and very helpful as well Sorry Trussville but I may be going to this Fresh Value from now on

A very positive first impression: brightly lit & clean store, with fully & neatly stocked shelves, well staffed by friendly employees. A great backfill of the old Fred’s at the Crossroads!

Fresh Value in Moody is a clean and well lit store. It was well staffed with good prices. I was able to easily navigate the store and find what I needed. They always run good specials.
