HORRIBLE! THEY KEEP LOSING MY PRESCRIPTIONS THAT MY DOCTOR JUST PRESCRIBED. THEY CLAIM THAT THEY WERE TRANSFERRED TO A DIFFERENT PHARMACY BUT DONT KNOW WHICH ONE. Do not use this pharmacy while waiting in line my son was crying in a different part of the store. The pharmacy employees began to make fun of him saying he was a cat and then proceeded to imitate him. My son is a very premature baby and cannot help the way he sounds, do not use these very rude and unprofessional people

I was supposed to leave Sunday to go help my mom for her surgery. But Publix in Moody Alabama told me I could pick up my prescription Monday morning then when I got here they said It’s not gonna be ready till 11:00 so now I’m waiting another hour as I am being held up from going out of town. You just don’t do people like this. I also contacted corporate.

I have only used this pharmacy for about 6 months now. I have been completely impressed with the staff. I normally talk to Lindsey. She takes the time to know her patience and is always going the extra mile to help find ways to save me money. I highly recommend Publix in Moody Al because they have the best customer service and the staff seems to really care unlike the CVS store I switched from

Came in to get the kids an order of chicken legs they had one. Called the two working there told me it would take 20 minutes I said fine I'd wait,then they went on and told me they were sorts about it. And started talking to each other. Came back was just gonna get chicken tenders and they still just talking away.now I did tell the deli Manager she offered to go do it.she did her job. Now a trip to Jack's. Thing about it is I shop here twice a week and for some reason the guys in the deli could have cared less
