Phenomenal staff. The young lady that greets you to the back office is so warm and welcoming, sweet and understanding. She connects with the kids. And there is another assistant that I met while doing another visit and she connected with me so well as a parent!! Moving from Chicago to Alabama the hospitality is so different!! Thank you for your service

Staff is great, office is always clean and they’re always so friendly. They’re thorough with my baby’s visits and answer all of my questions. It’s usually pretty easy to get in quickly when you need to or get the nurse practitioner to call you when you need quick medical advise from home for sickness. Definitely recommend them!

I visited the clinic on 6/17 and had a very unpleasant experience such so that i will no longer be using the clinic. This was not my first visit and i would like to mention the first visit was superior. However the 2nd not so much. I went into the clinic to get some shot records for my upcoming kindergartener. I was called the week prior by the clinic staff directly saying that my daughter had been all caught up on all her immunizations and would not have to see them until 2025 so again I simply stopped by to obtain the records. There had been some confusion with obtaining the proper records, apparently they had gotten the information incorrect and i was told misinformation. They informed me that my daughter was due for TWO more shots, i was very confused and concerned on if that information was true as i was told the week prior she did not need any shots. (Had she did when I received the call they would have scheduled an appointment which they did not) I expressed my concerns and instead of trying to investigate the root of the issue a particular nurse (whose name i will surely retrieve once the office opens on tomorrow) became VERY aggressive and combative. She continuously repeated she did not know who called me and even went as far as to asking me what number they called from, to me she was insinuating that the information i was giving her was false or “made up” this went on for about 30 mins, it was not until a different nurse stepped in and doubled checked the paperwork and informed me that i DID indeed receive a call, however she was insure why i was not set up with an appointment for my daughter to receive her shots. At that point it had been an hour. Typically you are given an appointment date for scheduled shots so that you are able to take the proper precautions for a kids such as giving them Tylenol or something of that sort so that you can prevent fevers, etc. they insisted that i get that shots that SAME day even after all the confusion. I expressed my concerns to AMANDA, whom i do not think had any regards to the situation at all considering she asked me did i was the shots the SAME day as well. Im Not sure why some of the staff are working with children as they have horrible attitudes and very short fuse. Its very concerning and terrible to know these are the people they are allowing around children. I currently did NOT allow that clinic to administer any shots to my child and i would not suggest anyone to! The administration staff was VERY unprofessional and clearly the workplace is out of order so I certainly would NOT allow them to administer any shots if the paperwork is out of wack. That was my last time at that clinic and I will currently be switching providers.

I usually wouldn’t leave a review, but I am going to say this they are horrible here in Moody.The front office staff were very rude. I called multiple times to speak with a nurse, the lady would tell me they will call me back But they never called. I have never met the doctor which is odd to me. Very unprofessional to say the least. I could go on and on about my experiences. I do not recommend them at all. After I got completely fed up I came in to get my son’s records. The lady from Anniston that filled in for the front office staff was very nice when I came in to get my son’s record. She understood my frustration and was able to transfer my son’s records to his new doctor in such short notice. If she had been there all along I would’ve stayed there.

Great staff. Nurses are fast and attend you quickly. The down side of the practice is that they over schedule their time slots. When you go in within 15 mins you are in a room. Within 15 mins of being in the room you are seen by the nurses, that do all the studies and everything needed very fast. Great nurses. But as for the doctor, they have great doctors that are nice and understanding. The problem is that after you are in the back, if your appointment was at 9:30am, you will not see the doctor doctor until 12pm-1pm. So your appointment is 9:30am, the nurses do their job and all within 30 mins of your appointment. Then it’s a 2-3 hour waiting game.

My son has been going here since he was two years old. On 12-8-2022 I made him an appointment and his Uncle who always takes him arrived with my son who has been throwing up all night with a fever. As they entered the front desk lady Maddie said he could NOT be seen because his Uncle isn’t on the list. I called and advised her he is the one who always brings him it must have not been documented right. The lady then said we will not see him unless I physically come in and put his Uncle name on the paper. I asked if she could fax it to me because I’m not in town at the moment and she then says no it has to be in person which was impossible for me to do at that moment. I told her I believe this is very unprofessional and she said it’s just the way it is. I then called his father after I got off the phone and told him and he called back up there and the lady decided oh well I guess I can fax it after all. I would like to add that my Uncle is black and my child is white. It gave me a very sick feeling. The front desk lady called me back and asked if we would be bringing him back in and I told her we would not be returning and I would like to talk to who ever is in charge. I’m waiting for a return call and I will continue to call until I get some answers. Maybe this clinic should learn how to communicate with patients or hire people who care about health care.

I have been bringing my children here since they were born! I absolutely love this place!! Mrs Amanda and Dr Avi are amazing and truly care about the children! Definitely recommend this place!
