Spartan Homes Summerdale

We had previously called to ask the price range of single wide 3 bed 2 baths that they currently had on the lot. We were told that they had ones ranging from 82k and up. We came on to the lot and spoke to a salesman who asked us about our price range and then took us to look at 2 trailers. The first one was nice but when asked about pricing it was $101k. We specifically mentioned we were not interested in Clayton homes but he showed us one anyway. The guy couldnt get the front door open and had to lightly kick it open. The house looked rough to be brand new. We decided at that point that we werent in the right spot. I want to be listened to as a consumer and thats not what happened there.

We had an awesome experience purchasing our new home from Spartan. They handled everything, from the removal of the old house, to the delivery and set up for the new house. Our house is beautiful, well built, and perfect. Lauren was a fantastic salesperson, answering all of our questions, listening to what we needed/wanted. Alecia was there for all of our financing questions, Brett made sure we had all the answers to our technical questions. Very easy to work with, they made it as stress free as possible.

This place is awesome! Lauren is super helpful along with the rest of the team. When there were challenges, she over came them with ease. Highly recommend working with them
