Coosa Valley Medical Center

I was in 3 weeks ago through the er. From white I remember every was so nice. There was a young man that seemed extra kind. Then I went to ICU from the Er to the regular room they tried. To figure out what was wrong. I’m still see specialist to figure it out. In ICU the there was a guy nurse and girls nurse. So very kind to help with whatever I needed. When I went to regular room once again nothing but nice people. My physical therapist was extra kind. The lady I met withmental help was so kind. The lady with diabetes was great at answering questions. To wrap all of the up I don’t remember doctor from er, but husband said he was working on trying to figure out what was wrong. Then I had Dr Nix he was very kind and serious about finding out what was wrong . They still don’t know but they have me seeing specialist to maybe figure some things out. Sept 2025

The Nurses were great. Loved talking to Virginia Francis again and also seeing Todd again. He did great starting my IV.. Everyone did a wonderful job. Friendly and professional.

I had an excellent surgery experience Doctor Tropeano was very calm and the nurses were kind also. And a small request was accepted. I wanted a pink cast on my foot!

The young lady with glasses who took my daughters vitals on July 18th 2025 at 4:30-ish was not at all friendly, she seem like her job sucked and she didnt want to be there. The nurse practitioner was sweet, friendly and all smiles to my girl.

Nurses were very sweet and took very good care of me while I was there! And was there for me during my delivery and after! And gave very good emotional support! I truly appreciate each and every one that took care of me!

AMBER THE FLOATING NIGHT NURSE! Needs to be dismissed! Straight Fired for her lack of empathy, she was simply insensitive honestly! She was Nasty && rude over the phone!!!!! Calling to check on a family member shouldn’t be an inconvenience too a so called nurse. Whether it’s 10:00 pm or 1:00 am calling to check on my family shouldn’t be a problem

Excellent care. Everyone's experience with any doctor or procedure will vary and outcomes differ. Will another be better, worse or same?Unpredictable mostly. So what matters to me is effort. I came to Dr. Tropeano and he didn't cookie cut anything. Very personal care with options discussed and action taken on a plan. I'm going back to him after he's done a procedure on me. I think that says something. Thx Doc and Coosa Valley. See you soon!

The staff at Coosa Valley Medical Center were very professional and kind. They made me comfortable throughout my procedure, were very knowledgeable about what I needed and provided excellent care.
